I can honestly say I have never experienced such excellent service in my life. I must make particular mention to Fiona who afforded us such a welcoming experience, allowing us to move through the showroom, totally at our ease. What impressed me from the start was the assurance that if we needed help with anything, to just ask and she would do her best to facilitate. And indeed Fiona lived up to such expectations. We were in search of a round mirror, 600mm, that would give ambiance lighting in our en-suite. Immediately Fiona, in such a professional manner, searched her suppliers and the exact mirror was matched. Fiona went over and beyond our expectations by ensuring the mirror was delivered to the show room within 24 hours. She ensured the mirror’s dimensions were absolutely correct before the sale went through. We left the showroom with such positivity, massively impressed with Bassetts, and would thoroughly recommend this branch in Belfast, Boucher Road 100%. We look forward to the mirror being hung and casting its ambient light, as a lovely reminder of the superb customer service experienced at Bassetts.

My experience of Bassets in Clady was extremely good. The showroom is bright an accessible and I was helped by Laura during several visits. Laura proved very helpful in helping me to choose the bathroom fittings and went to a lot of trouble to source my preferred bathroom tiles. I am looking forward to seeing the finished bathrooms in my new home.

Great service from Gareth at Bassetts in Downpatrick with my complete bathroom renovation. He provided fantastic ideas and helped me to achieve exactly what I wanted within my budget, from a wide range of suppliers. I was able to source everything for my bathroom in the one place at the best price I could find! Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend!

I bought a beautiful bathroom from Bassetts Bathrooms late 2020, and recently I had cause to seek their assistance to get a replacement part, however, I soon discovered that this wasn’t going to be as straightforward as I thought. Anyone I asked advised that the part may be discontinued and I wouldn’t be able to get it any more, however, that was until I spoke with Darren from Bassetts Bathrooms. Like the others, he said it may be difficult, but he didn’t say impossible, and all credit to Darren, he went way over and above to source the part for me. I cannot thank Darren enough for the effort he made, he could have just said that the part wasn’t available any more, as many did say, but he promised me that he would try his best, and he did! I will now have the part I needed, all thanks to Darren!

Easily the best place I have been for a full bathroom fit out. Fiona's level of customer service in the Boucher branch was absolutely amazing. Thought I may have payed more than other places which given the level of service I would have been happy to do but Fiona was able to easily beat their 'competitors'. A dream to work with and definitely recommend. Will 100% be back in future.

Visited Bassett’s Clady for a new bathroom and Conrad couldn’t have been more helpful. He went out of his way to find me what I was looking for and made sure everything was with me on time for my plumber arriving - he even delivered the mirror himself as it was delayed in arriving at the showroom. First class service! I will definitely be back!

I have recently replaced the shower in the ensuite and I am delighted with the quality of the products and the high standard of the finished installation. Throughout the process, the advice and recommendations I received from Philip at Montgomery Road were excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and ensured that I was happy with all my choices. Overall, I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in using Bassetts again in the future.

My husband and I purchased our new bathroom components in Bassetts Portadown branch after visiting a number of other showrooms. Brenda approached as we entered and spent almost an hour with us. Her professionalism, design expertise, and practical advice were invaluable to us. Nothing was too much trouble for Brenda and it meant a lot that she was available to help all the way through the process
She even sourced just one tile from a previous customer for us. Also when our plumber was delayed Bassetts stored our purchases for months without complaint. To sum up Brenda made the whole experience stress free for us and that meant a lot. Anna and Jimmy Johnston.

I bought a bathroom mirror from Bassetts in Boucher Road but had to return it when I discovered I needed one slightly larger. Darren was extremely helpful at sorting out the return, which wasn't straightforward, and sourcing a replacement. He not only did so quickly, but also managed to keep the price I paid for the second mirror as competitive as the first.

Sorry we can’t say the same about Portadown branch where we were handed books and ushered out the door even though the showroom was empty.
