Dear Anthony,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase.
Regarding your review:
Communication Attempts: We emailed you twice without a response and sent images of the product before shipping to confirm its quality and details, including the logo.
Product Quality: The product is of premium quality, with the Nike logo and Air Force metal plate on the laces, as shown in the pre-shipment images.
Delivery Speed: Your order was delivered to the US in 7 days, which is quite fast.
Request for Proof: We asked for evidence of the missing logo but received no response. Photographic evidence would help us address your concern accurately.
We value our customers and their feedback. If there’s more we can do, please contact us at customercare@basereps.com or respond to our previous emails. We want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Thank you for your understanding.
