They respond fast but they don’t take care of issues. They sent me a broken product and refused to replace it. This was the first and last time I bought from them because they would not do anything, even after providing pictures. The worst service and it’s also likely to reflect the quality of the products too. Brian @ BasePeptide.com is the head of bad interactions with people as he was the one who refused to replace or refund the crap they tried to send me and failed. I should have read more of the reviews but now I know. They respond, but they are running a BS scam. No video proof. The only 'proof' I needed was to hear the crap they make up to avoid taking responsibility. They definitely have lots of that.

Took Bitcoin, Canceled Order, Then Disappeared

I placed an order with BasePeptide and paid using Bitcoin. The payment was confirmed nearly a week ago, but shortly after, they canceled the order without giving any reason. I contacted their support team and did receive one response. However, once I sent a screenshot clearly showing the confirmed payment on Thursday morning not Thursday evening they went completely silent and ignored me for the next day and a half. You’ll see deflection by the owner on this by claiming that Saturday and Sunday are not business days while ignoring the three business days Thursday, Friday and Monday where my correspondence went unanswered. So yes after all of this I emailed them Monday evening telling them I would report them for fraud. Because at that point I had reached out multiple times on multiple platforms over. Using different email addresses and tried every contact method they list. Despite my efforts, I have received no replies, no updates, and no indication that they intend to resolve the issue. At this point, I am out the full cost of the order, have no product, and no refund.

This company appears to be operating in bad faith, especially when dealing with irreversible payment methods like cryptocurrency. I would strongly advise anyone considering BasePeptide to stay away. Their lack of accountability and refusal to communicate once they have your money is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Do not take the risk — find a more reputable supplier. Tons of them exist just do even a little bit of research and you’ll find a better company.

Update: I did end up getting a refund. After days of being ignored and trying every method of contact I could find, I finally got a response from the owner Brian — not during normal business hours, but at nearly midnight.

Instead of a courteous update or apology, I received a hostile and insulting message, including profanity, personal attacks, and mocking statements about my mental health. Here is a direct excerpt you’ll notice that the owner replied and did not deny this claim or any of the claims of the incredibly unprofessional language and threats:

“You appear to be unstable, are you OK… Get a grip, sober up, take some Selank for your paranoia… despite your shitty attitude, the owner still replied to you at midnight.”

He then capped off our conversation with this thinly veiled threat which I quote verbatim
“
Reminder that we have plenty of your data.
“

This was all in response to a completely reasonable request for a refund after my order was canceled — even though I had already provided proof of completed payment days earlier (not just “pending,” as they claimed).

The email also deflected any responsibility, ignored the fact that Thursday, Friday and Monday are business days where anyone from support could have responded and addressed the issue.

Eventually, after continued pressure and publicly posting about the situation, I was refunded. But no one should have to be insulted, gaslit, or verbally attacked in order to get a company to honor a refund for a canceled order.

Would I ever order from this company again? Absolutely not.
Getting my money back took public complaints, follow-ups across multiple platforms, and enduring a level of communication that borders on abuse.

This is not how any professional company should behave. I stand by my original warning:
Avoid BasePeptide and choose a supplier that treats customers with even a basic level of respect.

They didn't send me the products I ordered. I let them know and they said they would send the missing product out. That was over 2 weeks ago. No product and they won't answer my emails. Edit: They finally answered my email but haven't sent out the missing product. That was a week ago so still waiting on the product I ordered June 8th.
Edit: Almost 2 months later and no product sent. They won't answer my emails or messages. Will NEVER order from them again.

I placed 3 orders with Base Peptides. The first order was perfect. The second order, for some reason, the post office returned my order back to them. I received an email from Base peptides asking if I wanted the order reshipped, I responded yes and made another order. The third order I did receive, but the order was missing two items. I understand mistakes, so I emailed Base Peptides immediately. No response. I emailed 5 more times, no response. Finally Brian contacted me and asked why the second order was returned, I responded I have no idea. He said nothing about fixing the missing items or replacing or refunding the second order. I am currently our $681. I sent a 6th email this morning. I am hoping they will see this review and make it right. If they do, I will update the feedback left.

I’m giving this rating simply because of a lack of customer service or acknowledgement. I’ve sent multiple emails to request payment was received, why I listed a cash app, but a credit card was charged. I went to the web to check on the reviews of this company and noticed everyone has the same concern. Nobody responds. It creates trepidation with the quality of the product and if it’s a legit company.

Ordered over $250 worth of product, used Zelle to get a "discount". BIG SCAMMERS!!! Never received my order and they won't answer my numerous emails.

Sent me someone else's order than asked me to send it back and they would fill my order so I sent it back but they never filled my order and won't respond to emails. 80 dollar loss.

Ive ordered with them like 6 or 7 times. Product is good. Pricing is good. Customer service is horrible. No response ever to phone or email messages. I always pay for the express shipping which promises 2-3 days, and it NEVER comes in that time frame. Shipping aside, Ive tried contacting them a bunch of times with questions or issues with order and literally have never heard back once.

I ordered a good amount of product from this company and one of the nasal spray bottles was completely empty upon arrival at my home. I left a message on their bot and was surprised when I recieved a very defensive and submissive response. Not even a " I'm sorry". Now I have been in business for myself for 20 years and my customer support team never took that attitude even if the customer was being a complete jerk. Stay away even though the product is good it's not worth funding that kind of attitude.

They have one of the better websites to find the products you are looking for. Quick service, reasonable prices- and a big discount for choosing non-credit card payment, like Zelle. I have bouoght from them several times now.

Follow Up- I placed an order Monday, my payment failed (my bank). Base Peptide let me know within an hour or two. We corresponded by email, prompt responses both times. I corrected the payment (Monday afternoon) it shipped on Tuesday. I don't know what went on with some of the reviews on here, but I have bought from them 4 times now, with great results.

Terrible company. Stay away. They actually told me in an email that they don't do customer service. They can cancelled an order because I used a promo code that their website accepted. I got an email confirming my order. The same day I got an email that it was cancelled. When I told them their website accepted the code and the transaction went through and that wasn't very good customer service to cancel my order, they emailed me saying they don't do customer service.

I found this company because of the great pricing for Dihexa and BPC157. When I went through to place my order I saw a 25% discount for using Zelle, so I opted for that. My bank flagged the order, so I called my customer support. They informed me this never happens giving this kind of a discount and there would be little recourse if the company didn’t ship my order. I then went here & read how lousy the “customer service” is and the horror stories about this front of a business is operating & cheating people

If I could give a negative one would.
I was over charged when I had my bank return ONE of the charges they contacted me threatening to call the police and have me arrested
I stated I had ALL of my documentation and have forward it to them via “Brian @ basepeptide and via seamless check system.
They refuse to provide me with anything but a email and keep sending harassing threats

I HOPE THEY DO INVOLVE THE LAW.
Because I have in no way made a fraudulent claim or return.

Just like the other reviews state this company is a scam. They take your $ & do not deliver what you order. The owner, Brian, completely ghosts you. He will promise to make it right & then totally stop communicating with you. Stay away. Complete frauds! They owe me $550.

My loss is approx $600. I ordered qty of 2, 5-Amino 1MQ, 50mg. I received only one, and the one I received was only 500mcg (one-half of 1 mg, therefore not useable). I emailed with Brian in so-called customer support, and got the run around multiple times. I requested replacements that he offered -- replacements never arrived and credit never issued. Sending reminders to Brian was useless. Eventually he stopped responding to my emails. This is a scammer operation -- BEWARE and AVOID this scammer. I wish I could rate zero stars! I place my first order. I was excited about finally starting some research. Then, out of nowhere, my order was cancelled. No communication at all from base peptides. I emailed them for more info. Then responded with “This was at the advice of our merchant for fraud warning. Make it a healthy day!”
Again no communication from them. I could have provided proof that my payment card belongs to me and it’s NOT fraud. Nevertheless, their very poor customer service has cost them a customer. Don’t waste your time with base peptides. I found a better vendor with more research peptides options and better pricing.
