I’ve been a customer of Baselift since they started and I’ve loved how this company has evolved with their products! From thier masks to those serums.. especially love thier turmeric and rosehip range which has helped with my dry skin.. my skin looks so clear and healthy.

The hair oil caused my scalp to weep and my daughter had the same experience. Contacted them to confirm expiry date and what could have caused this. Had a couple of replies to say they would look into it but no response. No return/refund option of course for the unused bottle i had. I bought it in the BF sale.

Hi, just wanted to say i appreciate that you added in the free gift with my order as i forgot to add it to my basket as i went straight to the checkout to make sure i can get my order in before it sold out.

I am absolutely disappointed with this company. I am a first customer and have ordered from them three weeks ago. I have sent emails after emails and no one has responded such disappointment as a first-time customer. I’m still waiting for either a refund or replacement of these items but yet still no response! Very poor customer service

I ordered products from baselift over a month agai paid for 48hour Royal Mail delivery, still have not received my products the communication via email has been shocking.
I have asked for my money back and a cancellation of the order as there still is no confirmed delivery date and I have had no response!
Please do not order as it has been no less then a nightmare when I have paid a lot of money for the products.

Also influencer like “modest street” that have a platform marketing the products and getting profits by scamming people who order and so not receive their products, highly frustrated and really annoyed by the whole experience

I have re ordered the turmeric face mask 5 times now, it’s my holy grail face mask and I SWEAR by it. However, I ordered it again and found that they have changed the packaging to a tube. The only sense I can make of it is that it’s probably cheaper for them..? Because it’s nothing but VERY inconvenient for us customers. Does not feel like we will get the full 50ml out of the tube like we did in the tub. I guess it’s time to look for another face mask! Baselift have lost a loyal customer!!!

Received first order on time and extremely fast, based on this placed a larger, second order, still waiting a week on. Contacted customer services to chase this up and no response. Not happy with the customer service.
Products I got were a mix of serums and the tumeric mask, not used for long so can’t comment just yet.

I placed 3 different orders and have only received 2 of my orders placed same day have tried to make contact they dont even have phone number for customer services
Which is really annoying and their emails not replied at all. Have been charged for items but not received nor have they given me response which leaves me with only one option dispute with my bank for items not received.

Shame reading all the negative reviews.
I've been a customer for well over 5 years now and up to now ive always brought in bulk during a sale.
I wouldn't pay full price for the items, the prices are ridiculous. The constant sale means they really aren't worth the price tag against them and probably no one is buying them at full price.
3* due to product availability and pricing strategy. Being a small business they should focus on less items and better availability.

Long-time Customer Deeply Disappointed by Lack of Response

I've been a loyal Baselift customer for years, regularly ordering and genuinely loving their products. Sadly, this recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed and disheartened.

I placed an order on 22nd April 2025 and, as of today, have not received the item. I’ve contacted Baselift multiple times, requested a refund, and received no communication whatsoever in return.

As someone who has supported this brand for so long, this lack of basic customer service is upsetting. I expected better accountability from a company I've trusted for years.

Please be cautious if you’re considering purchasing—customer service seems non-existent if something goes wrong.

Only received one item in the box out of 4 things I have ordered not happy about that says will deliver on Monday but received on Sunday with only 1 item like it's a joke.

Honestly hands down such a genuine company. They always lower their prices for their customers, always put products on at a massive discount and I asked them why and they said to give back to all their customers. Not just that, their products actually work! I’ve been using their products for a couple years now and honestly for having sensitive skin I’m surprised at how many of their products I can use from the brand. It’s so gentle. So effective and the results do not lie people! Absolutely love their brand. 3rd time repurchasing. They also give out gifts so that’s a plus! I can’t wait

Normally I love buying baselift products.

Some work better than others. I love the oil to milk face wash and turmeric wash.
Love the turmeric face mask too.

If I ever get delivery of my orders I can honestly comment on the rest!

However, my last 3 orders have taken almost a month to even be dispatched. Forget delivery. This is after I've chased for an update.

One bottle has arrived with a crack on the bottom and although I've e-mailed the correct email address from the website, still to hear back.

Still waiting for some products to be delivered that I ordered in November.

Delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

I doubt I'll order again.

DELIVERY IS RIDICULOUS HERE,

I paid over 116 pounds for my order. The order never came and i have been emailing back and forth which is really irritating as its been nearlly 20 days since i purchased the items and have had 1 reply with insufficient information.

Why can they not provide a phone number for such complaints?

I will be taking this further if i am not refunded my money or provided with my items asap as this is really unacceptable.

Not going to be using this company again or recommending to anyone.

I ordered a few items worth over £110,I didn’t receive the order as it’s gone missing as it was left outside.I have emailed them so many times to get this resolved and only getting automated response back and one email saying it’s sent to management to look into,it’s been one month since the order and nothing has been resolved,the customer service is very poor and I’m extremely disappointed with the fact that I’ve paid for items I’ve never received and when I’m chasing them I’m getting ignored it’s disgusting way for a business to respond to customers.I’ve been a regular customer off there’s and have ordered many times but this time it’s not good.Ive now had enough off trying to chase and resolve this with them hence the reason I’ve decided to put a review up.be careful when your placing a order as you may never receive the items and still be charged for them and then get ignored for weeks when you try to resolve the issue. I will no longer shop with this company and will replace them with another company to shop with that has better communication and customer service.BE CAREFUL when shopping with BASELIFT the are conning people out of money as I’m not the only one that has had this experience with them there are other customers too!!

Love the turmeric collection, it’s faded most of my huperpigmebtation after a month of using it. Love the mask especially! Great seeing baselift at the expo, deffo recommend using baselift

I have been using this product for a few months due to hair thinning on my scalp which was making me paranoid. Having used this after every hair wash on dry hair I have noticed a difference and my hair is starting to grow in the concerned area.
It doesn’t even leave your hair greasy. I have also recommended this product to my sister, it is a really good product.

The pump bottle for my face wash stopped working 🤔 so havnt been using it that much which im not happy about because it wasn’t cheap won’t be ordering again from here
