I am very happy with my Women's Faux Wool Overcoat. It has a elegant fit and looks much more expensive than the price which I paid! Barrett Bay will have a new customer!

I emailed them for a size chart and Jasmine replied within 2 hours. She even suggested a size which ended up fitting just like I want. You can tell they treat their customers with care and I will surely be shopping here again.

Really happy with my order! The fabric is nice and soft and it arrived just on time. Definitely recommend

The items sent look absolutely nothing like the photos. One item had an obvious pull in the wollen garment and Barrett Bay offered me a refund as long as I paid for the Chinese customs clearance between $20-$50. This is a bogus company with crap merchandise, please BEWARE and don't buy from this company

Got a nice leather jacket from them. No complaints I can even say it looks better in real life. Shipping took a bit of time but at least they kept my updated… happy customer here

I waited weeks for my package to arrive and when it did the quality of the jacket I ordered was so poor. It was thin and bad material , nothing like the picture they displayed and I paid $140 for it and I could get better quality cheaper at David jones or Myer. It was so disappointing as it was a Mother’s Day gift . I will never purchase from them again. The picture of the jacket was thick and wool like and winter coat very classy style and what turned up was something worse than Temu . I could have sewed it together myself that’s how bad it was . Don’t buy from here

Disappointed. What I received is nothing as described. I received a lightweight, synthetic/spandex polo shirt. Not a French Terry heavyweight jumper. Plus it has no hint of it being acid washed. I also discovered the exact same artwork on another online store.

The shoes are plastic and stink of chemicals and made my skin red raw burnt. Never use this company. Its not what the website says. Total scam

Terrible boots, although advertised as leather, they are cheap material and made with poor quality. Do not buy. They say full refund is provided but do not provide return address and offer to provide another pair but you keep the boots already received, no thanks! Then after 3 weeks of back and forth emails they keep replying with additional ‘fees’ and are yet to confirm how the refund will be processed. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Definitely not an Australian company even though they advertise it is.

Denim style cargo pants appear to come straight from china. Very low quality material. Very thin. Has no tags or brand on the item. Zip is of a very low quality. The cut is off / dots sort of weird. Pockets are tiny. The men's pants seem like they could be for a female. Definitely not worth the $80 price tag. Absolute rort. Buy something better. I think 90% of all other products online would be better than this.

Paid 128$ for shoes. Received no box wrapped up in postage plastic. Stinks of toxic chemicals. Very bad considering soles of feet would be in them. Very cheap 5$ shoes cheap material and chemicals for 128$. Avoid this site.

Scam site. I ordered a large leather tote bag and recieved a very small, non leather piece of trash that was folded up in a small parcel. It went straight in the bin. It was not the bag in the pictures at all.

Bought a wool blend coat as described in the ad for Australian $139. Finally received a 100% polyester coat. Not worth the monies. Incorrect sizing as well. Very bad retailer. Don't buy with them.
