Extremely good and thorough communication, helpful, friendly and easy to work with.
Property comfortable, clean and well equipped. A good base for out holiday.

Our family of 9 adults and 3 children stayed in Ta' Majsi in Gharb for almost a week and had a most fantastic time. The home was exactly as pictured, pool beautiful, beds comfortable and bathrooms and showers luxurious. House is central to village of Gharb and within walking distance to a number of eateries, shops, Ta'Pinu, and the craft village. We particularly enjoyed eating out on the terrace of the Football Club. Would highly recommend for large group.

We loved our stay at The Arches in Gozo.
The accommodation had everything we needed for our family of 7 stay.
The location was great and the host was very responsive whilst we were there.

Fantastic accommodation, well kept and helpful staff. Best water pressure we've ever had in Gozo 😂
Staff are available by whatsapp/email everyday to help with issues, the pool is well kept, a cleaning team came mid-holiday too.
Only suggestion is to keep some kitchen basics available (salt, pepper, olive oil and more dishwasher tabs) available because it felt wasteful having to buy these and then through these away.
A very beautiful home that we'd love to return to.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft. Es gibt aber leider ein paar Dinge zu bemängeln. Erstens gibt es ein massives Ameisen Problem im oberem Schlafzimmer mit der Terrasse.
Dort wimmelt es an der Terrassentür nur so von Ameisen, das ist in einem Schlafbereich nicht so schön.
Zweitens, im selben Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig. Dort läuft nur sehr langsam Wasser nach.
Drittens, gibt es einen Pferdestall direkt neben an, was hin und wieder zur Geruchsbelästigung führt. Das könnte man auch erwähnen.
Sonst aber war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und man hatte in der Küche alles was man zum Kochen brauchte. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr einfach.

Such a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house is really spacious and well appointed. Our whole family loved staying here and everyone had what they needed. Having 4 bathrooms made mornings really easy. The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to make lots of different meals which is not always possible in holiday rentals. Only issue with the kitchen is that the dishwasher would not close so we had to hand wash our dishes each day. Not a huge problem but did take more time.
The pool area is great and our son went swimming everyday!
Plenty of space if people want to have quiet time away from family chaos too.
Great location, on good bus route and Bolt is ideal for getting around the island. It was ideal being close to the local shops for essentials and 10 minutes from Lidl by Bolt.
We loved our stay at Ta Rena. A relaxing, peaceful home away from home.

Wonderful villa. We wish that there were some bare necessities provided, like paper towels and shower products. But it was a great stay.

We had an amazing stay in the house on Gozo. Great calm location and the house is equipped with all necessities.

We visit every year and it is amazing well supplied clean and comfortable however I would like to point out that the AC is old and we had to top up the coin metre every 4hrs or so which costed us a lot compared to last year's stay.

The house was amazing, clean and equipped with all required amenities. Also Veerle was very nice, friendly and available and answered all the questions I had before arriving there promptly. Definitely will visit again

Neue Bademäntel wären wünschenswert (zerrissen)
Polster auf Terrasse 1.OG ziemlich verschlissen
Liegenauflagen verschlissen teilweise kaputt.
In einem Haus für 8 Personen sollte auch die Küchenausstattung für 8 Personen vorhanden sein.z.b.nur 2 Eierbecher vorhanden.keine Schnapsgläser.
Duschwasser war mehrmals kalt.

This was a fantastic place to relax and unwind, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings, lovely pool, and beautiful outdoor space made our holiday truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this Villa, made especially welcoming by Baron Holiday Home. The place was beautiful, with spectacular views of the harbour, Malta and Comino. It was very clean and tidy and communication was easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. we will definitely stay here again in future. A big thank you to Veerle who was very helpful and accommodating throughout.

Simply put- the best vacation rentals in Gozo!

Our two nights at Djar ta Menzja 3 in Sannat Gozo, were great. The house was very clean, nice and spacious pool area and a lovely jacuzzi on first floor was super. Tracey from Baron holiday homes was very helpful and responded immediately to our messages.

Outstanding from all points of view: the villa is as beautiful and spacious as on the photos, the service is excellent. You can't expect any better.

Very helpful and clean

The property is perfectly situated in a tranquil location, very clean and well equipped. The indoor pool was a huge plus to the success of the whole trip, being April.

Maintenance personell were quick to respond when we had a problem with no water in the taps.

Only wished we had spare keys (we were 2 couples and having only one key card restricted our outings a bit), air conditioning (this was supposed to be included), and a usable sun umbrella (there was an unusable torn one in the pool area).

Its a great property on the island of Gozo. If you want a nice quiet time but want to be able to get around this is the house for you. With a double bedroom (en suite), a triple single room (en suite) and a twin upstairs its a big enough for a large family to be to together but separate. Its own pool, a first floor seating area for six and a large roof for sunbathing. The bus stop to the port is 5 minutes away and the town square has restaurants and bars, four shops within walking and a Lidls for the big shop (lift back via Bolt).

Fantastic! Beautiful house. Incredible views! Lots of space. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely location within walking distance to local shop, nearby village square has lots of good restaurants and also close to the beach at Marsalforn.
Just worth noting that the fourth bedroom and the hot tub are up a very steep spiral staircase which could be challenging for some. Maybe that’s in the info somewhere but I don’t remember seeing it. Also the Wi-Fi isn’t great.
But overall a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend!!
