Outstanding Company, truly deserving of 5 stars and best of all, reasonably local to us! I was fortunate in being able to visit them and be given over two hours guidance, helpful advice and 1to1 hands-on instruction (with Will, who knows the machines inside out!) on the various machines I was considering. Settled on a Pfaff Ambition 635, fantastic machine, by far the best of any I’ve ever owned. They keep a fantastic stock of sewing products, threads in every shade imaginable. Heaven!!

I got my new sewing machine yesterday! I had an in depth discussion/tutorial/play with it with Callum and he explained things so well and said about the tension and how you don’t have to oil the machine etc. because they are already oiled and sorted. And when we went around the shop and put many things in the basket cos how can you not!! Dom explained about the sewing machine needles which no one ever has told me these things before so I’ve got lots of reading and research to do about that!!

Honestly, everyone at Barnyarns are so lovely and really do go above and beyond! I highly recommend them for sewing machines and all sewing stuff, threads and everything. It was like heaven being there.

I ordered 5 Lana threads from Barnyarns, unfortunately there was a problem with the supplier of the threads to Barnyarns.
I am so impressed with Barnyarns response I was sent an email explaining what the difficulty was and my order was dispatched next day as a compensation.
It is great to deal with a firm that actually cares about its customers.

My sewing machine jammed and Barnyarns were able to service it and repair the damage to the bobbin case. Excellent service including a brilliant video to show the repair issues. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Ordered from Barnyarns my new sewing machine and it was great. Unfortunately I had a small issue with the machine that it was not sewing some fabrics and I sent it back. After a couple phonecalls I got my sewing machine back and works perfect! Great customer service!

Barnyarns have just introduced a service that provides you with a full service and unbiased written report to help prior to selling your machine should you so wish.

Will was efficient, friendly and helpful in arranging collection and delivery after the service. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you Barnyarns.

I recently bought a second hand Brother innov-is V5. This was a pick up only item.
After speaking to Adam I explained that my Husband and I are both disabled and lived in the Liverpool area he arranged with Will who delivered it in person.
I found that some of the parts that should have been with the machine as per the manual were missing. I had a conversation with Will who spoke to Callum and they have very kindly ordered and paid for the missing part for me.
That is a company who go the extra mile for its customers very unusual these days.
I will certainly be Dealing with Barnyarns again

What a fabulous experience this was. The service was arranged and my machine picked up by courier within 2 days. When it was ready I was sent a video showing what work had been done. Rather than send it back by courier Will was coming to visit his sister who lives nearby so he delivered my machine personally. You just don’t get service like this very often.

I have just used the new machine servicing centre at Barnyarns for my Pfaff embroidery machine and was very impressed with the quick turnaround, very professional, friendly communications and no hassle pick up and drop off service.
I would definitely use them again. Thank you Callum.

Delighted when Barnyarns became an authorised Pfaff dealer as I have struggled to find anyone else in the UK to help when I had problems with my machines. They have just serviced my Pfaff Creative Icon 1 (thank you Will Steer) Excellent service overall and a very quick turn around time. I use Barnyarns for other sewing related products and am pleased to recommend them to others.

I love the website and the range of products on offer. My only complaint is the shipping time. I know the postal service is beyond their control but other companies can ship the same day as the order is made which makes a huge difference.

Had two machines serviced, they are working beautifully. Also fitted in a same day repair,when I "lost" the needle into one of the machines just a few days later. Would highly recommend Barnyarns.

Barnyarns failed to deliver a £4 item and set me the task of finding out why they failed and declined to replace the item they did not send to me.
I assume their customer service was so poor was becasue it would cost them more than £4 to find why the delivery failed or they just couldn't be bothered.
I wouldn't trust them with a larger order or any other order.
Classic old school customer service.

I have been a customer of Barnyarns for years and have always received the very best service. Online and in the warehouse shop. King Tut is my favourite thread and I only purchase it from Barnyarns. Apart from the great service when purchasing items there is Jon's newsletter. Full of information about needles, threads etc, and not forgetting the joke of the day, which always makes me smile.
i recommend Barnyarns to all quilters and sewer.

Bought a Pfaff ambition 1 on special offer. first ever Pfaff machine. I read up on Pfaff macines and it sounded really reliable . Result... BEST MACHINE i ever had, and i have had a few. Most last only a few years at most though 1 failed after 2 years of very light use... I particulalry wanted one to do quilting on so needed extra space on the floor of it. I now havea machine that I can quilt on with ease and it's so much faster to make a block with the feet i have. Quilting itself is so easy, stitches are so easy to adjust. Wonderful number of differnt stitches AND they all listed in the type of sewing you want to do. Excellent and easy to use when quilting itself. BEST of all is that this is the only machine i have ever had where the stitch treader actually works. So perfect for those with not so good eyesight. The contact and sales team was fabulous and kept me updated with delivery etc. Machine arrived in good time and was well packed with none of that horrible foam to get rid of. I can forsee having many many years of happy sewing with this machine God and health willing. Barnyarns is going to be my go to place for my needs now. highly impressed with the whole range of goods and help available. Reccommendation. more than 100%.
