Always something new to read about, very informative site.

I have used Barn yarns many times mainly for needles and threads. I have never had any problems and find my orders are despatched quite quickly. Recently I ordered a mystery box which was great fun to unpack, most of the items were really useful and the full value came to more than suggested. Although I have kept a couple of things it will mainly be used for raffle prizes at my local quilt group. I always recommend them to others looking for quilting supplies as it is now difficult to get everything locally.

Would recommend. I first met some of the team at a festival years ago, after a chat I felt very 'safe' embarking on my journey with a new overlocker, having purchased the proper threads to use from them. I signed up for the newsletter to keep up to date on new things and I watch them on YouTube demonstrating machines and techniques. Love their knowledge on threads and machines. I only wish I lived closer to them (or maybe not as I would then spend more:-). Having made purchases in the past, I know Barnyarns sell quality products and from experience, I'd rather have quality over price and speed. Recently purchased a mystery quilters box as a gift to myself and wasn't disappointed, I now have lovely new Aurifil threads to use as well as a host of other lovely useful notions to try out. They are one of the most helpful companies I have every bought from whether from the shop, old and new, online or at shows. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

I use Barnyarn as my go to shop for haberdashery. When I purchase items from their show stand at quilt shows, they are always willing to answer questions I might have about my purchase requirements before selecting the most appropriate item.

A mixed box that made me feel like it was an early Christmas box. Lovely content and good value

Bought one of the mystery boxes. What a delight! Lots of things I wanted, threads, machine needles, clips and a lot more. Wish I had bought a bigger one now.

Not that impressed with the mystery box.
The fat quarters were of poor quality and for me unusable
The rest of the box – pins, safety pins, a roller, some needles etc we're not that impressive
So, I regret to say that for me the mystery box was a fail

Ordered the mystery box and it is excellent value. It contained a huge amount of stuff including a box of aurifil neutrals. As I had also ordered a slightly different box of Aurifil separately I thought they had sent me the wrong item. On contacting them they confirmed that my other threads were being sent separately and this is part of my mystery box. Absolutely delighted and posted very quickly. Have used before and would highly recommend

I always get good service from this company and I enjoy Jon’s jokes in the newsletter. The mystery box was great. I received lots of goodies that were very welcome.

My order was despatched immediately it was placed and the contents of my mystery box, were incredible as well as being at a higher value than expected. So many things I use all the time as well as some new ones to me, which I will certainly try out.

Barnyarns are a great company , massive selection of craft / sewing needs , most important thing is if you get a problem they are very happy to help . I had an issue sewing with metallic threads ,Jon went out of his way to help me resolve my problem . If you subscribe to their emails they give you sewing techniques as well as all the latest products and offers . ( also Jon includes a joke each time , funny sense of humour 😂 )
