Like all the reviews prior - purchased the product. Never received. No response from the company.
No refund

Also ordered a herding ball that was nothing like what was on the website. Looked like it was from temu, had handles, the pump was pathetic and couldn’t even blow it up to fit inside the cover. Said they would resend the real one and never did. Absolute scam

I ordered the indestructible herding ball, and got a much cheaper ball, with handles! My dog destroyed that ball within 10 minutes. I contacted the company and they said they would send the correct ball, they have not. Contacted them again, twice, this time they ignored my emails. Don't waste your time, or money!

Ordered a ball in June. Have not heard anything from them since. Tried several times to contact them with no response.

SCAM! Purchased over a month ago and never received anything beyond the initial confirmation. They don't respond to emails or anything. STAY AWAY. They also operate through Shopify which is nothing but a portal for scammers and don't take any responsibility for anything.

They took my money over 30 days ago and shipped nothing. Their phone# goes straight to voicemail and their various contact emails either bounce back or go unanswered.

Ordered two herding balls. Three weeks later- NO BALLS. No response from the company. My bank reversed the charge. LOVE CITIBANK!

I ordered 2 herding balls on 17 July, but to date have not received my order.
As I am a pensioner it took 3 months to save the $127 for these balls. All I wanted to do was to enrich my rescue GSD’s fun time, but from reading all of the adverse reviews I don’t think he will ever get the balls to play with.
To say that I am very disappointed is an understatement. I don’t buy items on line usually and now I know why.

Ordered & paid for purchase in June. After no confirmation or delivery of item, canceled. After no reply, got my bank involved.

2 months later, same company hit my card up again for the previous purchase price. There had been NO order placed. It was a fraudulent charge.

DO NOT PROVIDE THIS COMPANY YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

You have my money but i do not have item over six weeks later

Bought one around July 1st. No ball, no shipment, nothing. I've contacted them multiple times. Im assuming I was just scammed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADVERTISING THAT THIS BALL WILL NOT POP. WITHIN 5 MINTUES OF MY DOG PLAYING WITH IT. CONTACTED COMPANY ABOUT A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO HOLD UP ON THEIR POLICIES.

Wish I had read reviews. Got scammed. Never recieved herding ball and unable to contact. Beware do not deal with them.

I still have never received my package. It has been close to two months now and still nothing. I email them and the email bounces back. I emailed them again. It still bounces back. This company is fraudulent and I hope nobody else makes the same expensive mistake I made by dealing with this fraudulent company

Ball popped within 2 minutes. Was promised a replacement 3 months ago, and was ghosted. AVOID

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing order with Barkwell for a herding ball $95. Its been 20 days since I ordered and have not receieved item nor a shipping advice. I have sent emails, but looking at previous reviews, I not expecting an answer or refund. I have referred onto my bank, but I am not expecting there is much they can do to get funds back. Avoid this company SCAMMERS!

Do not go with this company- 4 weeks later I still haven't received my product. All emails bounce back- I have had no correspondence from them

All other comments pretty much sum up my experience with this company. They are absolutely a scam. 10/10 do not recommend.

I ordered 3 instinct balls from Barkwellco.com
And received3 pieces of junk from temu. Spent $130 and got taken. They haven’t returned any emails this company is a scam.

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money and deliver NOTHING! Every email is ignored.
If I could give zero stars I would, if I could get them criminally charged I would.
