Ordered this food 12kg fuss pots duck…
Ordered this food 12kg fuss pots duck and got sent 12kg senior chicken, email then straight away as I have 7 dogs and needed this rectified i also messaged ,ive had no response at all even after numerous messages and emails, im absolutely fuming as I had to now open this food and half my dogs won't eat it and it has upset 2 of my other dogs stomach.

Poorly designed website and bad customer service
Poorly designed system. I skipped a delivery as my cats have classically change their preference but I know they would want it again in the future. However, I have more than one product in the same repeat order and it only skipped one item which was then delivered. However, the main reason for the 2 stars is that the customer service I received after was blunt and rude with no effort to resolve my issue apart from sending it back… at my cost after paying the extortionate £5 delivery fee already.

The Surf & Turf in the single flavour…
The Surf & Turf in the single flavour box is too wet compared to the mixed box with that flavour. My cat is refusing to eat it. I have two boxes! I contacted customer services but they didn’t help. Poor service.

I think this food is the most delicious and healthy, especially for small breed dogs. After eating wet food in pouches, a dog always has good digestion.
