The customer service was very good.

But the car condition was not top notch
It was driven 88k kilometers so I was wondering about their claim "New Cars, Bargained Price"
Engine had a strong noise and we kept wondering if it needs repairing or it's just the noise now because it's been driven 88k
Unfortunately, the car remote batteries were low due to which the car wouldn't restart in one go even though you bring the fob very close to the ignition, which can be annoying when you're in hurry.
Because I paid $232 for 2 days for a LDV UTE which wasn't in a good condition.
Also, it was a bit of a hassle at the Sydney Airport
First, you gotta walk all the way to the shuttle area, then the shuttle arrived after 30mins of waiting, and then it's a 15mins drive, they only operate 7am-9pm, so if you have an early morning flight and you gotta drop off the car early, then you have to take an uber from their site to the airport.

Not too happy after paying $232 for just 2 days

Reasonable for the price.
Happy to use them again

The car which I got was very clean low mileage.
I also got big discounts from Expedia when I made hotel reservations.

Good service although it takes a while to sort the collection. No mention of how tolls will be charged, and the admin fee for each individual toll was horrendous.

The car was an MG which most Bargain Cars are, with nearly 200,000kms. When we got in the car my hubby was like it smells like diesel. I knew what it was straight away they put these rubber mats in the car's and the smell knocks your head off. Toxic, burns your eyes, throat and gives you a bad headache, not what you want on your holiday. Told the lady when we took the car back and she just said I will make a note. We had to put all 4 mats in the boot so bad. So if you hire one of these cars check for the smell and if bad don't take the car or take the mats out there and than. Poor little kids if in the car sooooo bad. Even found a smelly thing on the back seat obviously someone had tried to disguise the smell.

Attentive staff all of whom are very helpful & accommodating.

Every time we go through bargain the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to get pick up and drop off. Pricing is so much cheaper than other rental companies

Your front office staff was ok but took quite a while to serve us, as there’s only one person at the desk where there’s few of us waiting to be served.

I had a brilliant experience with Bargain Rentals. A quick pick up, easy process to get the car. Nice car, clean and easy to drive. Dropped off outside hours but that wasn’t a problem. Totally recommend.

The customer service was amazing. The staff were so helpful and welcoming when we got to the depot. The shuttle driver that collected us and took us back to the airport was so lovely and friendly. The vehicle was so clean and so lovely to drive. The first vehicle that we were actually given, the GPS did not connect to my Android phone so they swapped to a vehicle that was more user-friendly for me. Amazing. Thank you team Botany!! And the price was also very affordable as well.
