I am very disappointed in the service from this company. The warranty says 5 years on the pump but at 3 years my pump went out and they said sorry it is only for manufacturer defects. This was without even checking it to see what caused the problem. Why give a 5 year warranty if you are not standing behind it and not even going to check and see what the issue is. Do not buy from them or it is $ 10,000 plus thrown away.

Still haven't received my order and no communication from the company.

Purchased the new hot tub in June 2024 the sales guy was very nice, tub was delivered in Aug 2024 on a date we requested. Shortly after getting it going we noticed a leak, I was able to determine it was from a cracked connector running water through a tub. I was able to fix the leak. Two months ago I noticed another leak. This time the leak was coming from the bottom of the ozone. I contacted Mika in costumer service and through may emails and calls she was able to get a tech out to my home to and replace a faulty valve and replace the ozone.
Mika did an awesome job in emails and returning calls and getting me set up with a tech to make the repairs.
Casey the tech arrived and he was a wealth of knowledge on the hot tub and fixed everything.
My only heart burn is the $150.00 for the service call to come out to my home to fix the leak, we knew about this prior to buying the tub its just a pain to have to shell out the money for a service call.

I and my wife attended one of those "Hot tub clearance events" at our local convention center in late 2023. We were looking for a new home and knew we wanted a hot tub in whatever home we purchased. We explained to the salesman (Jason Hawn) that we did not want to reserve anytime at that time because we have not even found a home at that time. He assured me that by putting down a $100 deposit that it would be fully refundable IF we did not find a home that could accommodate a tub. Well, 1 1/2 years later - our new home could not accommodate a tub and Barefoot Spas (Mgr.- April) said that in the fine print of the contract that deposits are nonrefundable. Mr. Hawn is no longer with the company as well. So my best advice is to NOT put down ANY deposit on a Barefoot spa

I purchase supplies from Barefoot Spas every few months to use in our hot tub, that we also purchased from Barefoot Spas. One of the items I purchase is a threaded filter and usually I will buy more than one filter at a time to have a back up. In November I replaced the filter that I had purchased from Barefoot Spas with the another one I purchased from Barefoot Spas. The blue plastic around the top of the filter was breaking off and getting in my hot tub. Also the motor started sounding sluggish and it was making the pump pulse. I took it out and contacted Barefoot Spas and was told since it had been more than 30 days since I purchased it and it was no longer in “new” condition that they could not send me another one at no charge. My question is how would I have know it was defective unless I actually put it in the hot tub and ran the hot tub? Also the new filter I purchased from Barefoot after this incident was a different name brand so it seems to me that I probably wasn’t the only one that had filed a complaint. So be aware that any item you purchase from them, if it is used, it CAN NOT be returned! Personally I think this is very poor customer service and especially since I have purchased numerous items from them, including the hot tub, over the past few years!

Product was shipped on time and as described.

Spa worked good for 2 years then started having troubles. You would think it would be covered by their 5 year warranty, but a lot of the parts in the spa aren't manufactured by them, so you only have 90 days after purchase to make a claim on those parts. Tough to find anyone who will/wants to work on these. Also when purchasing was told that all scuffs and broken cover pieces would be cleaned/repaired, but when it was delivered looked exactly like it did when we looked the first time. Barefoot then sent us a cleaning kit for free to make up for that.

We got exactly what we ordered and on time and for a great price.

Ordered chemicals and filters at 10pm in the evening. Got an email that order had shipped at 10:30 the next morning from UPS. 2 days later it was delivered complete as ordered. Very impressive!

The website is set up very well. Easy to order necessary supplies. Received order in a few days.

Will continue to order from Barefoot. They have been very helpful.

quality products to replace the maintenance supplies furnished with the spa. One chemical was not listed ont he website. Shipping was slow.

Happy with product and delivery, but web site wouldn’t allow me to purchase control panel overlay only. Kept saying not a valid address until I added more to my cart.
Also web site doesn’t show replacement jets anywhere that I could find.

Well here it is December 28th and still no hot tub that we ordered on Octobe13th. Call Barefoot Spas was told 3 to 4 weeks then told 30 to 60 days. Keep getting run around about when it will be ready for delivery. So I guess we will get it sometime in the year 2025 instead of2024. If it was not for the fact that we can not get are money back, I would tell them to keep there tub and go some where else. Any way I am not happy at all with this company. Please buy. elsewhere.

I had $10 in rewards to use- which was subtracted from my “rewards”, however was not subtracted from my total.
Also , the liquid Spa Bright bottle , has ounce marks down the bottle, however there is not a clear panel to measure the amount of liquid pouring out.
