My first order with this company. Black foil cupcake cases, that i couldn't find in the shops. The website gave a very good discription & (important) measuremens. I also ordered boxes to transport cupcakes. The products were exactly as described.
Very fast efficient service, arrived 2days after order placed. I will definately use this company again.

I have been using this company for some time and always find their products to be great quality and are delivered very quickly. On the only one occasion that a cake drum was slightly damaged, they happily replaced it and made sure the replacement was delivered to me the next day.

Absolutely brilliant delivery timescale, in fact I was shocked that it arrived so quickly having dealt with a lot of Internet companies where you can wait weeks.
They had everything I needed apart from one item which had sold out. I used their email service to automatically receive an email when it was in stock again - just brilliant! I couldn't find anywhere else that had EVERYTHING I needed in one place and the prices are reasonable too.
Communication regarding my order was great, kept me well informed of when the order was being processed etc.
I find myself wanting more cake decorating tasks so I can order more from here!

The first time I used CDS I didn't expect the products to arrive in the very tight window I had stupidly left myself, however they did! Perfectly packed and much quicker than expected. Having used them several times since I can honestly say this wasn't a fluke! The range is more than I need, customer service should you need it is amazing and very quick. I ordered icing from cake decorating store. It was the right colour (exactly like the pictures online) perfect icing. The delivery was quick. Website was very easy to get around and it has lots of variety. Would defiantly recommend and I'll be using them again in the future.

I am very computer literate and found the companies web site easy to use. To be honest I looked at other companies but their Web sites were complicated and hard to get the info required.
Everything I required was easily found. The prices were very competitive and the packaging and delivery were excellent as well.

I have dealt with cake decorating store on several occasions now and have always had an excellent experience with them. There website is easy to navigate and the delivery of the purchase arrives very well package and in good time. The products themselves are of excellent quality, particularly the flower items which really make my cakes look the part!

I have been able to get many things I need for baking from them. The delivery is quick and getting through to customer services is fast too. There are pictures of the items on the website, so you know what they look like.

This was the first time I had used the Cake Decorating Store. The service was brilliant. My order was taken over the phone by a very pleasant young lady, and I was informed by email at every stage of the process of dispatch. I was given a one hour slot for delivery and it arrived exactly at that time. Cannot fault the professionalism of this company. Choice of products also very good.
