Bestellung getätigt und nirgendswo kann ich diese online einsehen, um die Lieferung zu verfolgen. Diese Firma ist in irgendeinem Jahrzent stecken geblieben, einfach lächerlich

Versuche mich seit Monaten vom Newsletter abzumelden, weil der Link broken ist. Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Beschwerde beim Datenschutzbeauftragten des Landes ist eingereicht.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Barebells DE regarding my recent order. I placed my order on November 3rd, and as of two weeks later, I still haven’t received my package. Even worse, there have been no tracking updates at all and no communication from Barebells despite multiple emails I’ve sent requesting information.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with DPD losing packages, but every other retailer I’ve dealt with has immediately resolved the problem by reshipping the order or issuing a refund. Barebells, on the other hand, has been unresponsive and unclear.

Another issue is the misleading shipping information: during checkout, Barebells DE lists DHL as the shipping method for orders to Austria, yet my order was apparently sent with DPD - a carrier I avoid because of frequent delivery problems. If DHL is advertised, then DHL should be used.

Additionally, Barebells does not include a tracking number in their shipping confirmation emails. In previous orders, I’ve had to contact customer service just to obtain my tracking details, which is something that should be provided automatically.

Overall, the lack of communication, the incorrect shipping information, and the unresolved missing package have made this a very frustrating experience. I’m now considering requesting a chargeback from my card provider if the situation isn’t resolved immediately. I am also going on vacation soon, and this is the last thing I want to be dealing with.

I hope Barebells improves their customer service and shipping transparency, because right now, it falls far below the standard I’ve experienced with other companies.

Ich bin sprachlos, wie unwirtschaftlich dieses Unternehmen handelt und es dadurch tatsächlich in Kauf nimmt, dass sie Kunden verlieren.
Ich habe vor Rund einer Woche Proteinriegel bestellt.
Jetzt sind diese deutlich günstiger, als ich sie gekauft habe.
Auf Nachfrage, ob ich den Aktionspreis kriege, wurde dies verneint.
Retourescheine werden auch nicht ausgegeben.
Barebells nimmt es also in Kauf, dass ich den Vertrag widerrufe und sie dadurch gezwungen sind, mir das Porto (was im Zweifel höher ist) zu erstatten, anstelle des Aktionspreises?
Den Customer Service würde ich schleunigst in eine Weiterbildung schicken.
Mit der Aktion habt ihr mich definitiv als Kundin verloren.
