Would not touch this company, I ordered a humidifier last year from them and the inside plastic melted while in use! I contacted them and was asked to send it back for them to issue a refund or replacement which I did at my own expense and since doing so have had no contact, refund or replacement despite emailing several times. Customer service is appalling and I’m still out of pocket. It’s also concerning the safety of the product which appears to be being ignored.

I read that this company had experienced some issues recently due to personal reasons but I gave them the chance and they absolutely delivered above and beyond my expectations! I was very pleased with their service, quick delivery times and the humidifers are fantastic for gifts!

They are ignoring my emails, IG messages and FB account. Product hasn’t been working properly since I got them. No response from them... I’m going to claim money from my bank and report the company at the right authorities! Avoid them!!!!

Up until recently the reviews of this company had been positive, particularly of the customer service hence why I chose to purchase from them. This appears to have been a mistake as I have experienced the same issues as some of the other reviewers below. I purchased a Jasper which was a typically cheap product from China, and the lights did not work. After a Facebook message and two emails I finally received a returns label for a faulty item. I asked whether the postage would be refunded - no response. I sent the item back and still have not received a refund. When I emailed asking how long it would take for the item and postage to be refunded - no response.
I purchased the item over a month ago and am still chasing them for contact. Really disappointed.

Bought 2 humidifiers for my daughters, after the 1st use neither would open. I was told to return which I did do and have proof that they received them back 25th August, I have chased refund several times and was told would receive with in 8 days. Still not received and now they ignoring my emails. I will have to try and get my £50 from my bank and will be reporting to trading standards.

I had one which worked for a couple of days then the USB port stopped working. I returned it and got a replacement. This one worked for 1 night then stopped emitting air. I contacted them and after no response I chased it up. They replied it could be the oil which was supplied by them! This was weeks ago. I’ve chased and chased but no further response. This was a lot of money to me as I live on disability benefits. I am so disappointed as I was hoping this would help with my asthma at night. Really really upset and angry.

A beautiful company running a beautiful business with stunning products! Arrived within 8 days, super happy, love the cute little Jasper humidifier I also bought a Naya which is incredible for larger rooms my bedroom and partner have really noticed a differnce thanks so much x

I cannot recommend Bareair more! Firstly, their products are stunning, and have hugely helped my daughter to sleep better at night. Put it on before she sleeps and after a few hours she has seemed to notice a real difference! We tend to use it every night and it works like a dream. Jack at Customer Service has helped all along the way...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and would buy more.

I strongly recommend everyone avoids this company like the plague. My girlfriend placed an order over 3 weeks ago for a humidifier and oil.
Not only did my girlfriend contact the company to advise the humidifier was damaged, but also that the oil was not received. The company promised in writing to offer a full refund after allegedly sending out a further oil first class. She never received either of they oils and the company then went back on the promise to offer a full refund, only issuing a partial refund for the oil which she then had to complain about. After advising the company that she would leave a bad review they then proceeded to block her from the page so she is unable to make a bad review. Astoundingly bad service and this company should no longer be allowed to trade. I would strongly advise everyone avoid buying anything from this company, as the chances are it will arrive damaged or not at all, and you’ll just get repeated lied to.

Absolute shocking customer service. I made an order for a humidifier and oil. The oil never arrived despite being advised this was sent out again first class as it had not been received, and is still awaiting over 3 weeks later. When I approached the company to advise of this and the fact the humidifier was damaged, I was promised a full refund, however the company went back and advised they actually only meant a refund for the oil and initially only sent a partial refund which I had to keep emailing about before they offered a refund for the oil only. I would not recommend this company to anyone and wish I had never placed an order with them
