Beautiful and comfortable boots! Love them!

Good shoes, got them and immediately spent weekend out of town walking in them for 4 days, feet felt good

The experience was wonderful the energy of Cate and Luis was great. I recommend this experience to anyone that want to had fun, want to learn and be creative in the shoe design.

As always the shoes are beautiful, super comfy and arrived in record time. The customer service is outstanding, they informed me that one of the shoes I ordered runs rather small and if I wanted to go up a number. Excellent!

Luis and his assistant are so entertaining and friendly. Super easy to work with and we will continue working with them in the future! Our guests were so impressed with the quality of this event

Great event, only negative is I still haven't gotten any tracking information or update for my shoes and it has been ~ 3weeks. Not sure if that is normal or not.

I found this exceptional shop when in Barcelona for summer vacation (one month ago), I bought two pairs, the day after my sister bought two pairs too, and when I returned to my hometown (Athens Greece) I ordered on line one pair more! They are the most comfortable shoes ever. Plus: they are beautiful, impressive, they look good with anything (they- in fact - make every outfit look good!) and everybody adores them when they see me wearing them. The people that I met in the shop were extraordinary too! I cannot wait to go back to Barcelona and participate in a work shop (if possible)!

I've experienced true customer service when I was in Barcelona for a couple of days. On the day of our flight home to Amsterdam, I stept into one of the shops of BarcelonaHandMade, looking for the right sized pair of Menorquinas.
Found the right color but not the size that day. Long story short, I have them now in my home in The Netherlands because Luis didn't give up. And they fit perfectly and it's like walking on clouds wearing these shoes. Thank you Luis and colleagues.

I bought the Espadrilles workshop experience for a friend. The customer service was excellent, I wrote to them on Whatsapp to arrange everything and I received replies with clear instructions in a matter of minutes. My friend was very excited and happy with the workshop. Planning to go to one myself when in Barcelona.

Very good service! After ordering, I received a message that the Avarca's I've ordered were not in stock. The crew sent me pictures of other available pairs, and helped me with questions I had. Very friendly and service minded.

Besides the good service, the avarca's Hand Made sells are the absolute best!
