Arriving just before closure time

I arrived 5:27 wanting to buy a table. While we were moving boxes to get the table it was past 5:30 and the sales person said i could not buy it because the system shut down. The manager came out from the back and when i asked if that was true he said ‘yes, i am paid until 5:30 only’. Great customer service BBQ Galore !!!!!!!

Professional without pressure

Excellent advice from the staff at Alexandria. Helped in selecting the right equipment for my needs without overselling. Very competitive prices. On the day I came to collect all my equipment, it was ready and the guys loaded it into my vehicle. Gave a few tips for assembly. Overall a great example of customer service. Professional and friendly.

Terrible experience on Barbeques…

Terrible experience on Barbeques Galore, I ordered online and they do not even dispatch more than 3 weeks, and no where to cancel order online.

First communication on tracking my order via phone after 10 days since I ordered, they asked me to contact another provider (NNELiving, which is also rubbish) for tracking, they told me they have dispatched the order and ask me to wait!!!

After waiting for two weeks, thought it was because the carrier is slow, I communicated with NNELiving, they told me they did not receive money from Barbeque galore since Dec 2025 and refused to fulfill order. They lied to me that they claimed they have dispatched my order, totally scam!

I was angry and told both Barbeque galore and NNELiving that I am going to fair trading and then they started to cancel my order via phone!!! Will never come back again!!

ZERO SUPPORT FROM BBQ,S GALORE

On the 16th of January 2026 I used a gift card to purchase 2 items from Barbeques Galore Online site, it took 14 days for the first item to arrive, I am still waiting for the second item.
I have sent numerous emails but am having trouble getting any response, even from "Barbeques Galore Online Support ".
I would never purchase from Barbeques Galore again and will advise others to do the same.

If I could give NO stars I would - stay away from Barbeques Galore

If I could give NO stars I would, Barbeque Galore is the worst online store I have ever used. Despite being an Australian company customer service is overseas. Purchase from Temu much better Customer Service and at least you get a refund instantly.

My dissatisfaction with Barbeques Galore due to the lack of communication since my initial contact. This experience aligns with the negative reviews I have come across online; I regret not checking those before making my purchase.

I expected a higher standard from a retailer that claims to "lead the market." Based on my experience, I have lost faith in making future purchases from this company.

Webpage Wrong

Webpage Wrong - Webpage clearly advertised that they sold the product required at a specific store. Arrived to be advised that never stocked that product. BBQ Galore needs to get its act together before, its not that hard.

Just called in to purchase a bbq from…

Just called in to purchase a bbq from bbq galore. Ollie at the Preston store serviced me. He was great - friendly, knowledgable and really helpful. Haven't had good experiences with this store before but Ollie will ensure I keep going back to the Preston branch

When the technician arrived to do the…

When the technician arrived to do the replacement of the evaporative cooler they were polite, Hardworking and efficient. High level of professionalism

Some advise a month before summer get more technicians in as the demand to repair and fitment of units are high. Why i mention this is I had to wait 2.5 weeks before I could get and appointment and our house was absolutely uncomfortable to live in

WA Salvage of bbq stores

3 times I have purchased from the Midland store and 3 times the products purchased where not fit for purpose.
Dents, missing parts poor quality products, service is garbage not interested in even trying to go the extra to satisfy complaints.
They are cheaper for a reason pay a little extra and go elsewhere is my advice you will only be disappointed and let down

Outstanding service

I visited the Midland, W.A. store today and was delighted with the service provided by the store manager. He was passionate about the products and his knowledge was exceptional. I will definitely be singing his praises to all of my network and encouraging them to support this retailer

I contacted the jindalee store…

I contacted the jindalee store yesterday to chase parts for an Arrosto pizza oven i bought from them 3 years ago and the guy was completely disinterested and dismissive. He said it was an old model and he didn't have parts for it. I asked if he could take my details and follow it up by escalating the question within the organisation and he was not interested and again dismissive saying that no one would have parts.. it's an old model... 3 years old! Terrible service!

Stainless steel BBQ rusts as cheap steal used

The stainless steel BBQ was not fit for purpose as rusted within two years. No warranty against rust! Incorrect stainless steel (430) is used and is not suitable for outdoors which is where a BBQ is usually kept. Their suggestion polish it every week even if it is not used and it wont rust!!! Keep your money safe and but elsewhere.

I have been through another wonderfull experience with bbq galore Bendigo Sam Bella Wendy abd Steven are the staff I’ve delt with they are so nice and easy to deal with its a pleasure to spend money there any staff not mentioned should receive the same praise

Stay away! Great team but their refund and delivery sucks

Stay away, terrible company. I purchased a Masterbuilt 800 series from them and the first one was defect so they replaced it with the display unit (not even a new u it) in the store for no discount which took months to organise. The display unit rusted within days and all the paint on the inside of the heat box melted. I raised a complaint to refund the product but their customer care team is completely useless. They argued that it was my fault and would only replace the rusty parts, not give me a refund or store credit as requested. After several months they finally got around to sending me the last parts and some that don’t even belong to this unit and said I have to take it apart and put it back together myself. The new lid on the fire box has already melted and all the paint on the inside of the unit is flaking off, also the bottom of the fire box has expanded and almost broken through the side because it’s such low quality thin steel. They told me they’d refund the unit delivery and build fee I paid but after several months and going into the store directly to discuss, still no refund.

Will not be shopping here again

Will not be shopping here again. Bought online and zero contact from the company after 2 weeks. Called a Calgary store and was told they can’t help me.

Cancelled my order, someone else can have my money.
