He sets up retail investors and the makes money on both sides of the trade. Avoid at all cost!

Don't buy the lifetime membership. I did only to see services change with new managers, new strategies, and new services that you must purchase to receive. Strategic Fortunes was an all stock service, but now there are 12 cryptos in the portfolio despite there being an entirely separate crypto service. This was supposed to be a more conservative service but has become higher risk and more speculative. If you want to try it, stick with the intro service only and don't get suckered into a lifetime deal that costs >$500 per year as a "maintenance" charge.

I've had this service for more than 7 years. I spent about $10k, way more than I should have, to buy the lifetime membership for multiple subscriptions. I had to pay just under $500 a year to renew, they said to cover the administrative cost. It was supposed to grant me a lifetime of recommendations from several stick gurus. I experienced some gains and some losses, like everyone else in the market. I don't think that I earned more than I would have in a simple index fund. And I tried their option strategies and lost money. I originally bought for Paul Mampilly and learned a lot from him. He left, I should have known to bail too. Paul even became suspicious in his new program. I felt obligated to stick it out with Banyanhill due to my huge investment. Ian is a nice guy and explains things well, but I haven't made any money since he took over. Some of that was due to market conditions. I'd hoped for advice on how to do well in any market, like they advertise. And now it appears that they have lost most of their gurus. It appears they took away my lifetime subscription. I won't be renewing or paying anymore administrative fees. I feel cheated and embarrassed that I paid them so much over the years, hoping for good advice. They started giving many of their stock pics out for free on their YouTube channels and free teaser publications. Save your money and buy an index ETF in the sectors that you like.

Got Great gains at first but now my portfolio is down 80% since 2022

Whatever you do, don't buy their Lifetime Membership or their Total Wealth Fellowship (supposedly all current and future services) . Their Lifetime Membership means nothing when most of their advisors leave.

Their Total Wealth Fellowship promises free access to future services, but does not give you access to new services as they promise, if they feel they can get a few more dollars out of you.

Really feel these guys have become slimy.

They are just spammers. I never reached them but i have already 2 emails from them. Stay away from their « daily dose » and all their supposed trading info.

These people are the lowest of the low - they make it impossible to remove yourself from their mailing lists and are not compliant with GDPR.

What a devious and unethical company. I paid for a one year subscription (US$57) just to see what kind of information I would receive and whether it would be worth my while to later upgrade. Well the very next day I received an email from the CEO Aaron James that they wanted to cancel my subscription and upgrade me to their most expensive membership for MY benefit. What a joke!!! Don’t offer a one year membership subscription if you have no intention of honoring it.
I immediately emailed back and requested them to cancel the subscription and refund my money which thankfully they have done.
Judging by other reviews on here, which I wish I had read first, I can do much better with my own personal research and actually have done.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Banyan Hill is the worst, they harass you constantly with new subscription offers. I lost money with them, I am now sticking to the basics. I canceled all of my subscriptions with them! Do yourself a favor and do not trust them. The subscription costs alone, then on top of that, you lose money in their trade recommendations!

Biggest group of charlatans I've ever encountered. Snake oil salesmen who have NO IDEA what they're doing. When the market is flying high, you'll make money, but so will any idiot. The stocks they suggest are mainly low liquidity, pure speculation plays. These only work in a bubble - not in other market conditions.

Shame on me. This is the third time I have been lured into the Banyan Hill scam over the last 15 years. This time it was Ian King's Strategic Fortunes. This was the most devastating move I have ever made trading stocks (I have been trading stocks for 40 years). I lost over $15,000 the first month following Ians recommendations to the letter.

He highly recommended Inseego when it was $20 a share saying it would go up to $80. It kept dropping and he kept saying to buy more… now it’s 62 cents a share. I lost a lot on other stocks too. Stay away and save your money.

Bottom Feeders - Paul and his team are your typical lowlife scammers. Pity them.

Portfolio shrunk by 80% after I subscribed and used their picks

This is a horrible company and a total hoax. They do nothing pro-active (like sending emails, notifications, etc). It is difficult to access their information. TOTAL RIP-OFF. This review is from someone with sizeable assets. .

In addition to extolling the virtues of stocks that were selling at ridiculous multiples, they contradict themselves in their own newsletters.. One will tell you what a great stock X is, another will say, stay away from stock X. Its just a way to sensationalize investing and gain subscription dollars. Anyone who invested in the market between 2016 and 2021 made money, There was no magic there. But the stocks I bought recommended by these folks are down twice as much as the market, if not more. STay away.

My subscription to banyanhill was a waste of time and money!! all the stocks they recommended and I did invest in are in big negative!!
Even though your subscription money is guaranteed you'll never take it out, thinking that eventually its a good recommendation till its to late.
