Aziza at Banks Lyon provided first class customer service and managed to secure for me a super limited edition Carrera (150 pieces worldwide). Which supports her ability to establish rapport with customers and suppliers! Will shop again once I’ve saved up some more pennies!

Aziza was excellent (make that outstanding) throughout, over days and weeks, from answering my queries, to ordering in a brand new example (which was then sent out perfectly), through to ensuring that I was happy with the watch and if there was anything she could do (which there was, and she did!). Great staff are the cornerstone of any company, and it is through my interactions with Aziza via email and telephone that I have come to realise that Banks Lyon is an excellent company as they have some of the best staff you will find. Thank you Aziza, as I’ve said before, you are perfection personified in your role and I appreciate you.

Just purchased another stunning Omega watch from Aziza and could not be happier. After spending many years purchasing watches and supporting a local business, my wife and her friend purchased rings from here. My wife's friend chose a ring she wanted and then the stone fell out. Banks Lyon arranged for the ring to be replaced.

My wife also purchased a ring. After a month, the main stone came out of the ring. When we took it back, we were told my wife had obviously caused the stone to loosen and come out of the ring so there would be a charge to put the stone back and they couldn't confirm the repair would even work. I declined and took the ring to a reputable jeweller who told me there's no way my wife could have caused the stone to fall out. They repaired the ring at a significantly reduced charge compared to what we were quoted by Banks Lyon and the ring has been perfect.

I also sent a watch to Banks Lyon for valuation. I was told it was £50 and I had to bring the watch in to have pictures taken. For £50 I received a report with a standard website image of my watch. I know it was a standard image of the watch because I have a different strap on the watch.

After these experiences and the complete lack of customer service or appreciation of a loyal customer base, we've never been back. We now go to Manchester.

Visited the store today to look at and purchase timepieces, we were welcomed and Samantha took care of all our questions and made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. We left feeling extremely pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommended Banks Lyon.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great to deal with over the phone and by WhatsApp. Jake was great, even replying to messages and answering queries outwith business hours and with good humour throughout our dealings.

What can I say apart from WOW! From start to finish they have been amazing. I ordered from Scotland and the fact it came within 20 hours says it all. They were so kind, informative and made the experience feel special. I told them right at the end it was for my sons 18th, without hesitation they were wrapping it etc. honestly blown away with them!! Would recommend to EVERYONE because I’ll now be buying from them and them only.

Jake made the process seamless from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted and he sourced the piece directly from Cartier. No hesitation or pressure, pleasurable!

This is my second visit to Banks Lyon and it probably won’t be my last!
The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The fact that they hold a large quantity of stock enabled me to consider different models in one visit, even though I had gone with a specific model in mind.
There was an also recognition from Samantha that I had been a previous customer, so this meant I was able to get a very good deal on a beautiful watch.
