i ordered 2 items that came to $161 can .. when they arrived sizes were off but most of all very POOR QUALITY shirt looked great in the photo what i received as 100% synthetic very poorly made .. the hoodie a bit better but sleeves way to long .. asked for a refund ended up getting only 20% back .. now not responding to my emails that i want to return both items for a full refund.. very poor customer service cheaply made in china .. no such boutique in banff

Anything with the name Banff and boutique is fictional! Prices are great because the quality is very poor and sizing is erroneous! This is not a legitimate company and it is not located in Canada. This is called drop shipping! You send in your order and the order comes from us sweat shops in China. It is impossible to return items. They say you must contact them and they( the company) will get back to you with an address. I sent multiple emails requesting an address in China to return my items and I never heard from them! I was able to have my purchased amount returned to me by my credit card company. This company also goes under the name Vail boutique, Calgary boutique and so on. Buyer beware!

Fake site. Cudos for the effort, though. Not in Canada. No express shipping. No replies to emails. Merchandise not received. Don't even think about trying to buy anything here.

I have not been to the store in Banff, but BEWARE OF ONLINE FAKE SITE! It pretends to be from a store in Banff but it steals their pics and makes VERY CHEAP AND UGLY knock-offs. I am bitterly disappointed and will have to PAY to return it somewhere outside of Canada. It came from China... God only knows what the ultimate cost will be.

Total scam! I purchased quite a few items and after I paid for it I realized it was not in Canada. I canceled my order an hour after it was placed. Their policy states you have up to 3 hours to cancel the order. I got reply to my message to cancel my order saying it was already processed and on its way, but they couldn't send me tracking. I told them not to send me a single thing. The did send to items in two separate shipments. The items are so cheap and are not winter boots. I called my credit card company and they have reversed the charges. I still have to finish sending in copies of emails to support my claim.

Ordered a grey fox hat for Christmas gift. Came mid January. Had no weight to it..when I opened it, what I saw was a JOKE. It was so cheap and useless..no lining in the hat and it didn’t fit on my head. No tags on it. Lost $60 for this rag. Didn’t look at all like the photo except maybe the colour!! Use it for a rag. Website is closed..no emails go through for a refund. Just a big SCAM. So angry. I thought it was a store in Banff that I shopped at before.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I realized after I had already ordered that it was a scam. I emailed them but they said my order was already on its way. It wasn’t, and it was coming from China. It took 3 weeks to get it, and it is just cheap junk, as I figured. And it was an ad on Instagram that looked legit. No more shopping on social media sites, they can’t be trusted. Eventually they won’t be able to get people to advertise because nobody will trust the ads, especially since AI websites can be made to look legit.

This is a scam as others have noted! The items are completely different in quality from what is presented. There is no association to Canada or Banff and they are based in Guangzhou, China! If you complain to their customer support, they immediately offer you a percentage back of 10 or 20% rather than take back their items!

Its a scam. I ordered a luxurious looking fox fur hat. I believed it was from a boutique shop in Banff . It says it is real fur. Ordered Dec 15 it was 3 weeks before it arrived on January 6th. It is a dollar store product. Not the quality shown. Its skimpy and quite ratty. Don't order from. Them . No label no special packaging or return address.

Despite my suspicions about online shopping, I pulled the trigger on a purchase from a digital storefront (banff-boutique.com) supposedly Canadian owned and located in Banff, Alberta. Turns out it's a scam. I ordered a fur trimmed winter hat. It arrived, but it bears little resemblance to the product as pictured in the Facebook ad. And there appears to be no way of getting my money back. The hat came in packaging without return labels and I can find no way of contacting the company. Next time I venture into the online jungle, I will check Trustpiilot first.

Please don’t fall for this scam!!! Just reported my purchase from banff-boutique as fraud to my bank. I should have checked trustpilot.com first and read all the warning, my mistake. I have not received my hat and sounds like it would have been garbage anyway. Buyer beware. This is a fake company.

This is a clearance centre for JUNK - fronting as a Canadian based business - based in China - Do Not Order anything unless you pay less than $5 as nothing received was worth more than that.

This is a fake and scam. Associated with Banff Alberta Canada in name only. Made up store which has never been in Banff and their sob story about a 25 year history is story is a complete fake. They ship dollar store quality items from China.

This company IS NOT legit. These items come from China and are Not. Real. Fur. as advertised and sold as. These hats are extremely poorly constructed and, silly me, I ordered three that I can never ever wear. Even if they did fit my normal sized head, they are an absolute joke, and I would never be caught dead wearing one. I hope this is seen by anyone that is thinking about buying from this company. DONT DO IT!!! I don’t even know if they are from Banff, AB tbh. I cannot even fathom a company selling such trash. It’s too bad I had to give it one star cause it’s not even worthy of that.

Don’t even bother buying ANYTHING from those idiots! The products are made with EXTREMELY CHEEP materials and don’t expect to get any REAL leather or fur for that matter! Banks should considered this store as a red flag and NEVER allow transactions to be made!!!
