Don’t order. Man order on 13 of of October and it’s November 8th almost a month and nothing emailed them and got aired

I ordered 2 tracksuits on 1st sept. No confirmation email and have used the contact form and been ignored twice. Will now report to bank as scam!

i ordered from these guys back on the 10th of feb, it’s now 1st of march and these man don’t respond to emails or anything, i had to charge back.

I was looking forward to the items ordered too.

STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY

Avoid this terrible Company at all cost!!!!! Save the headache and you’re money!
Do not order any items from them. I have placed an order and have not yet received it, I have been chasing them for over a month now. I have contacted them on all contacts given but have never had one reply. Please avoid.

To be honest I haven't had a lot to do with this company, until my son asked if he could have a tracksuit from them. Because it was Christmas the tracksuits are very reasonable price for especially for chenille embroidery .but I was very impressed with how easy it was to order on line,very professional, smart and easy to understand my order arrived when they said it would abd tracking was so simple.the tracksuit arrived and the quality of the garment is amazing worth every penny I was quite impressed I would highly recommend this company, I have told my family how impressed I am. and my daughter has also purchased several items and is pleased as punch with the quality they deliver.

I ordered now a year ago. Have been contacting them after the first 2 weeks, cause it took a while. NO response. And so on been contacting for the rest of the year. Just after I called them out for scamming me out of my money they gave a weak ah response about my package possibly being stuck in a transport center, and I should try contacting them.
So a whole year later still ‘waiting’. they have my money, I have no tracksuit, so I would say this is the worst experience I have encountered with any company yet. No support team, neither any responses from their side about how to solve the problem. Just scammers overall.

Ordered 3 tracksuits, they took my money. 2 tracksuits arrived as they apparently don't do bags large enough to fit 3 tracksuits in. Made contact to be told that they would be sending out the tracksuit not revieved also the bottoms to one of the tracksuits revieved was not matching. 13 days later and to be told I would be receiving this week, I contacted them AGAIN to be told that I would be receiving next week. No apology no customers skills and an absolutely disgracefull company who clearly cannot provide items that have been paid for but also zero customer service skills. I will be seeking a full refund and completley avoiding this company in the future!!!!!
