I joined a competition online for iPhone 10 pay shipping $1I didn't subscribe to any banana play products only the competition for iPhone 10.This fake website took out $85.00 plus $3 and plus another $1 who the he'll they thing they are taking advantage so many people this website should be close down.

I am absolutely fuming with the so called company told I had won an iPhone I had to pay £1.00 for delivery had a look at my redit card account and this conning company has came in for another £49.99 that I never authorised I want my money back it is time a stop was put to this I still haven't received said phone

Hi entered a competition that stated I could have an I phone for a £1,so I entered it paid the pound, so far not received phone, or email regarding the phone. I have also been informed by my bank that they have taken out an extra £49.99, which I did not agree to, and it did not state that that was a payment, so really they just go round conning people out of their money. And the people get nothing apart from being ripped off. I would suggest anyone who see these ignore them, if by any chance the people who do these competition see this I would like my money back. Thanks

Just got a message from bank saying banana-play had tried to take £49.99 from my account.i know nothing about banana-play.robbers.

I was duped in to paying a £1.00 as I was supposed to be getting an iPhone xs and then looked at the site and it says it was a pound for the first 3 days and then £49.99 thereafter!!! Do not subscribe as it is a massive rip off.

I just purchased a blue leather case and after 2 weeks one of the chrome buttons fell off so I emailed the customer service rep and there reply was thank you but we cant do anything about it but we will give you a 20 percent discount on my next order. Are you kidding me I need this case replaced not ignored with some candid reply because they cant go out of there way to stand behind there product...

This is my experience. Transaction went well, unfortunately i was sent a code that was not available in my region so i contacted them about it. they told me they will get it sorted by a date which was a monday at the time. days past still nothing. weeks past contacted them again and got completely ignored. so eventually after some months i requested a refund through paypal, i will not be using these again, my brother was fine with these but i guess i was unlucky.

I was worried it would be an invalid renewal code, but it all worked out fine.

Voiced a concern about my purchase.... seller was quick to respond and took care of it ! Will definitely do business with the seller again !
