Great look!!
We juste got the tree. It is beautiful, we love it. It looks like a real tree once you take the time to set it up right. We hope it’s going to last many years given the environmental footprint of fake trees. We chose Balsam because the quality seemed better, so we hope it’s going to be the case. Only time will tell.

A realistic looking tree
The tree arrived within a few days and looks very realistic. It is the perfect size for our space, I like the number of lights and that there is space to hang ornaments.
I was surprised the tree did not come with the “newer” LED mini lights with a few more lighting options.
We were pleased with quality of the tree and stand. I have not tried the storage bag that come with the tree. I may want a bag with wheels to make moving the tree easier.

Amazing tree
Amazing tree, so realistic and well-made. Came with a beautiful storage bag, thoughtful instructions, and all the necessary accessories. Got it in the Black Friday sale. Would buy from this company again, and love that it’s local in Ontario, and recycled plastic is used for the trees 🎄

Very impressed
Normally I don't bother to leave reviews, but this company really impressed me. Their Christmas decorations were stunning. They are both beautiful and have fantastic quality. I purchased more and more storage bags too, as each one got delivered, because of how great they were. Any problem and the customer support staff are their with any concerns. Fantastic

The tree was what we expected
The tree was what we expected. It looks real and it appears to be manufactured very well. We've had real trees for decades and this is the ultimate replacement.
Thank you

Did not look as natural as expected. Also expensive for what it is.

Excellent Product and Customer Service
All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately through the ‘chat’ agents. I’ve wanted the Alpine Balsam Fir for years, and just made the leap. I was almost in tears when I put it together!

Tree
Quick. Efficient.
Just setting up tree now. It needs lots of fluffing and realize it may be too small for the space.

The wreath is supposed to be 34”
The wreath is supposed to be 34”. The frame is only 20 on the outer ring. The largest I could get it to is 28”. Very misleading.
It is beautiful but nowhere near the size you claim it to be.

Odpowiedź od Balsam Hill CA
We’re grateful for your input, David. Our wreaths are shipped compressed, which can make them appear smaller than the dimensions shown online. Fanning and shaping the foliage as directed helps achieve the full 34-inch look. We have step-by-step guides and videos on our website to help, and our team is always available through our support channels if you need additional guidance.
