Es werden die einzelnen Bauphasen dokumentiert in Form von Videos und Fotos als auch die jeweiligen Kostenvoranschläge bzw. die bezahlten Rechnungen der einzelnen Gewerke geteilt. So als ob man selbst vor Ort wäre.
Das Konzept, dass man auch als Kleininvestor, hier eine Möglichkeit bekommt an großen Bauprojekten teilzunehmen und an allen Mieteinnahmen beteiligt zu werden haben mich überzeugt!

Kevin Beutler ist ein Verbrecher, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Bewirbt jedes Scam Projekt im Kryptospace und wäre in Deutschland längst im Gefängnis.

Stellt euch doch mal die Frage, weshalb von Kleinanlegern Geld eingesammelt wird und es 20-40% APR geben soll. Macht man mit wenn es die einzige Möglichkeit ist.

Ich wünsche allen Investierten viel Glück, aber es ist schwer vorstellbar, dass es eine Rendite geben wird.

Wenn weiterhin so transparent gearbeitet wird und Ende des Jahres die ersten Gewinne fliessen, freut mich das umdo mehr. Jetzt heisst es erst mal abwarten, bis die Bauphase abgeschlossen ist.
