Pessima esperienza, acquistato un marsupio le cagole in outlet a serra valle e dopo nemmeno tre mesi di utilizzo già i primi difetti. Decido quindi di mandarlo in assistenza, risultato sto ancora attendendo dopo un mese un esito, anche se inizialmente mi hanno chiesto 100€ per sostituire a lcune borchie, cosa folle perché non è un danno provocato da me e l’articolo è in garanzia. Pessimi é dire poco, brand da dimenticare!

Soy cliente de la marca de hace años.
Compre un perfume y mande a un familiar para cambiarlo x otro sin abrirlo.
Y en la boutique de Madrid se lo pasan de unas a otras y le dan a las Pgatinas de seguridad y rasgan la caja.Lo peor de esto es que nos quieren hacer creer que el paquete entro así y no lo es. Es más una trabajadora se le comenta y afirma que así no llegó.
Después de tener unas palabras con la impresentable de la manager llamada Irene.
El perfume no lo cambian cuando nunca se abrió.
Después la vuelvo a llamar y como conoce mi tlf no me coje la llamada la llamo desde el tlf de mi pareja y vaya lo voge a la primera.
Son malas profesionales y mentirosas al cargo de una marca de lujo.
No vuelvo a entrar a Balenciaga Madrid.

Muy mala experiencia con la mala calidad de las balenciaga speed. Han salido manchas en la goma, al parecer por mala calidad del material. No me dan una solución desde atención al cliente, después de "marearme" y decir que me darían solución.

Ich hab auf balenciaga.com die Neuauflage des Parfums LeDix bestellt. Zumindest sah es danach aus und war auch absichtlich so dargestellt. Mit 260 Euro sehr teuer! Aber das war's mir wert. Leider bekam ich dann einen völlig anderen Duft, der angeblich eine moderne Neuinterpretation war. Völlig misslungen. Nicht die Tiefe und Eleganz sondern ein Abklatsch aller andern Parfums, die im Moment angeboten werden. Obwohl reines PARFUM hielt er nur wenige Stunden. Also wollte ich ihn zurück geben. Natürlich versiegelt, nur die beigelegte Probe versucht. Zur Rückgabe soll ich nun (von Nürnberg aus) zu einem von 4 Läden in Frankreich (!) fahren, weil das nur da möglich ist. Im Kleingedruckten steht noch München Maximilianstraße, während überall damit geworden wird, dass eine Rückgabe innerhalb von 30 Tagen möglich ist. Schade, dass Balenciaga es inzwischen wohl so nötig hat... nie wieder! Und eine Warnung an alle anderen!

ordered sneakers to austria. came late. i adjust return.
they said “not same item” (??), no explanation, look like they dont really want to work with issue , then just stopped replying and refused to refund.i tyed to speak with online support on phone guy was rude af. told me that can't help, who can then??
did a bank request (chargeback) — my bank refunded me in the end. store never bothered to answer proper.

Looks like they use their policy to not accept people returns

I ordered a pair of Balenciaga sneakers on 6/24/25 for my birthday which was 7/2/25. I never received my package, no signature was signed, over a month ago they finally agreed to refund me I have not recieved $1. You cannot talk to a supervisor they are very short with you and don’t care that you are missing thousands of dollars. Horrible experience I’m still waiting on my funds

I’ve been a loyal Balenciaga customer for years. I own multiple handbags, sneakers, and accessories, and have always chosen the brand for its bold design and supposed commitment to quality and client care.

Unfortunately, that trust has been broken.

I purchased a handbag for around $2,500, wore it only once, and kept it safely stored in its original dust bag. Not long after, the surface began to show visible damage — a clear defect that should never happen with such a high-end item.

I reached out to Balenciaga’s customer service expecting support. After weeks of back and forth, I was told:
– The item is no longer in production.
– It cannot be repaired or repainted.
– No credit or exchange will be offered.

In other words: I’m left with a nearly new handbag, visibly damaged, with no solution from the brand. This would be unacceptable from any brand — and it’s especially appalling coming from one at the luxury level.

Other luxury houses I’ve dealt with in the past have handled similar issues with care and respect, offering store credit or product replacement. Balenciaga, sadly, refused to take any responsibility.

This will be my last purchase with the brand.

If you’re considering buying Balenciaga, I strongly recommend rethinking it — the post-sale support is not what a luxury customer should expect.

What happened. The clothes are so expensive and horrible.

Pessima esperienza con i prodotti e il servizio Balenciaga. Scelgo una borsa in negozio e mi vendono quella in esposizione che poi scopro essere danneggiata, accusano me di aver fatto il danno e l'ufficio tecnico non è in grado di effettuare la riparazione. Chiedo la sostituzione della borsa che mi viene negata. Assistenza ricevuta solo tramite messaggi, nemmeno una telefonata di chiarimento nonostante i miei solleciti. Acquisto presso il negozio di Venezia.

Très déçu par Balenciaga.
J’ai acheté deux paires de chaussures à 775 € chacune. L'une d'elles, bien que datant d'il y a 4 ans, n’a été portée qu’une dizaine de fois – et pourtant, elle présente déjà un défaut de fabrication. Malgré cela, Balenciaga refuse tout geste commercial. À ce niveau de gamme, on s’attend à un minimum de considération client et à une qualité durable.
Je trouve cela inadmissible venant d'une maison qui se veut haut de gamme. Les marques de luxe devraient aussi se montrer à la hauteur de leur réputation après la vente, pas seulement pendant.

In the same month one remained completely intact and one is crumbling the plastic of the sole like butter the shop says it does not depend on the product follies and then why the other shoe bought a week later does not have the same problem they are two different models, that is clearly a production problem I will never buy Balenciaga again

incredibly unprofessional behavior on the Balenciaga Europe e-shop. when registering a return, no one has responded to email or WhatsApp to this day. cannot be sent anywhere because I do not recommend sending at your own expense and the phone has been unavailable for several days. absolutely do not recommend

Sinceramente non capisco queste recensioni negative nei confronti del centro assistenza clienti. Personalmente sono stato seguito da Nicola, per vari acquisti che sul sito non era possibile effettuare perché le taglie non erano disponibili ed è riuscito a trovarmele lui. Devo ammettere che ha sempre soddisfatto le mie richieste ed ha trovato sempre la soluzione migliore. L'ho contattato e l'ho sentito più volte anche per telefono, dimostrando sempre una professionalità impeccabile. Persona educata, gentile e competente. Non so con chi voi vi siete relazionati ma io sono rimasto soddisfatto. Per altri acquisti contatterò sicuramente lui. Grazie

1. The bag was on the webshop, but still not available.
2. The webshop suggested to send it from the local shop in Hamburg.
3. Making a mistake that caused UPS to bill me for import expenses.
4. It took one month for Balenciaga to correct the mistake.
5. Countless calls and messages to customer service with no or pointless responses. The courier also contacted Balenciaga with no response.
6. When the bag finally arrived it had obviously been used for demonstration in the showroom.
7. No apologies, compensation or follow up from Balenciaga.

Balenciaga in the Miami Design District has incredible service. I bought a pair of shoes that I didn’t like once I put them on at home, and they quickly arranged for an exchange over text message, for a completely different style. They set up the exchange so that I could pull up to valet, run inside, switch pairs, and walk right back out. The new pair was all wrapped and boxed and ready to go. They offered a water bottle to go and even remembered my dog’s name. Really above and beyond.

I’ve never seen a brand that makes people so mad that they will write an entire paragraph about it, and if those same people see you in public they will look away from you in anger and jealousy. I don’t think any of these people realize no one pays retail for any of this either unless you’re an absolute sucker which is even funnier. Balenciaga is very cool and fun, and there’s a reason everyone from H&M to Saint Laurent is copying their designs to try to get a piece of their success. This shit literally makes people question their status in life when you pull up with it and it’s absolutely hilarious because in the end it’s literally just some clothes. Cotton and mesh with a logo. And people get so bent out of shape about it immediately and will go out of their way to cope about how being able to afford it is stupid and how the clothes are a rip off. Demna lives rent free in the minds of many. Definitely consider a piece from this brand one day.

éviter d’acheter chez eux c’est un conseil
