Great product. Great results and no after effect on my sensitive skin that I have experienced badly with other hair removal products.

I was so shocked i won a voucher for hubby he was amazied by the products I got him loved them never used before said they are so nice eas to use goes on ok not to time needed face he cold feel a difference after the facial exfoliate and the hair remover just so easy and quick the beard oil only need a little bit just so good definitely reorder when running out

I purchased for my partner who has been complaining of ingrown hairs due to shaving.

He did quite well with the application process for a first timer, although having read the reviews and responses, I made him watch the short video on the website which I think definitely helped him understand the technique!

Overall, he is very happy that he is now able to rid his own back hair without having to rely on me and that he will have no more ingrown hairs, but left with a soft smooth back!

Will be repurchasing and would highly recommend if you’re struggling with any form of skin irritation from shaving!

Awful save your money. Does not work at all! Then when you ask to contact someone for refund you just get ignored for days; to be told they don't do refunds. I wonder why ?

Not easy to use atall , still needed to have someone to help , used all of the tube on first attempt , will not be replacing as it’s very expensive , strap on the scrubbing towel snapped also , cheers

Got the silver back kit. Does what it says on the tin.

Not as easy to apply as they make out.
Not very good on tough hair, but suitable for fine hair. Best part of the product is the loafer.

Overall, not a bad product. Cost wise it’s a little more expensive than other brands and does the same thing but it’s useful to have the applicator so was worth the extra for that. I do need to use the cream again to get the remaining hairs but I would happily recommend.

Awful product, paid for next day delivery and it came three days later. Customer service was decent however reply times were all over the place when wanting to get a convo out of them.

The product hardly achieved any hair removal, don’t waste your money. This was on a shaven area that had a couple weeks of regrowth so relatively short hairs and still couldn’t do the job.

Great product and accessories. Takes a bit of practice to use the applicator but ideal for a chap on his own.

I have got to be honest, I bought this on a whim but.... what a product!
Easy to use and pretty perfect results.
Whilst I am not an Ape, but an aspiring one with wiry back hair that hurts to have it waxed, this is an alternative to the pain and blood and ensues after a wax. Would certainly re-order and will probably have a pack each month from now on!

Very impressed. Came across this in GQ so I decided to test it out. It’s effective and easy to use (make sure you lock the applicator in place, didn’t realise this first time around). Most of the hair came off in the shower with the loofah, but any that were a bit more stubborn fell off shortly after. Pleased to have finally found a practical solution!

The problem with the cream is that it does take a bit of trial and error on first use. However on second use , I found it to be really effective. I personally found the applicator and scrubber to be useless but I found applying by hand and then removing with an exfoliating glove gave me much better results than I've had with other products. Don't be downhearted if it doesn't work first time.

I was unimpressed with the applicator. It's not really fit for purpose as too flimsy and there were parts of my back that I simply couldnt reach. The applicator had too much bend and was just not able to reach everywhere so I had to get my housemate to even it all out. The reason I purchased the product was to eliminate the house mate

This product really did not work for me. Bought the kit, the cream didn’t touch the hair even after trying a second time for over 5 minutes. Made my skin v sore. Applicator is super awkward to use and not long enough. Sorry to say it all ended up in the bin.

I thought I’d try this product out, as it was advertised as an harmless hair remover. I received my purchase in good time (3-4 days). I followed the instructions but the product did not remove any hair whatsoever. I tried a further 2 more times and nothing. I emailed the company twice asking for a refund but they have not responded. They even had the cheek to send an automated generic email asking me how my experience was, I replied to that too but still had no response.

I’m giving this company 2 stars, because even though their product did not work for me it may work for others, and I actually received a package, and in good time.

Be warned, however, the company will not reply if you need help or indeed a refund.

I won’t order from this company again. Do so at your own risk.
