Super quick call and easy call with…

Super quick call and easy call with Justin. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with ga access, most of the time waiting and they could have just told me with Justin told me in 2 minutes. Great service and will recommend you guys to those who need!

My experience is very good. They answered all of my questions completely very polite and had all of my information easily at hand even though some of my information was had changed. Great job!

They are actually pretty nice

They are actually pretty nice, they sound human and well I couldnt find nothing wrong with the company and so far it seems legit. The lady did answer me the questions very nicely and well it seems like its good so far

Giving 5/5 stars for your agent Justin

Giving 5/5 stars for your agent Justin! My husbands who was on my policy got canceled and was not sure why. Justin went above and beyond to help us find the reason. Even went as far as a three way call with Georgia Access to help us find a solution and submit the right documents. I won’t lie, I used to hate being on the phone with insurance agents as they always confused me when getting help in the past. But Justin was very clear, very helpful, and went above and beyond to answer each and every question I had. He’s truly a kind soul! Thank you Justin!

What made my experience well is that I called earlier and got someone on the phone and I was transferred and I never did get my situation Handel but when I called back again and talk to Justin he definitely Handel it for me and even told me what I needed to know . He did a great job I am very much happy .
