Great communication from vendor. Caps are a great fit for the BAHA - no annoying feedback which is great. Will definitely buy again 😁👍

Great service

Great service
The chat was informative, and helped me as my daughter has a puretone. It was easy to order, and the instructions on how to measure the head was clear and concise

Great customer service & love the custom designs

Great customer service. I ordered a custom headband and was given a few options for designs when I gave my sons likes, ended up ordering a Harry Potter design headband and a teddy dog which was made even better with a matching headband. My son was thrilled with both and loves wearing his new headband and gets lots of compliments for it.

Great service and great quality

This was my first time ordering headbands for my son’s hearing aid. Bryony was very helpful in answering my questions and advised me on what I needed. The quality of the headbands are great and I love all of the different designs! We’ll definitely be ordering more in the future.

A successful purchase

I recently ordered a hat which needed to be fitted with bilateral openings. We spoke to Bryony who was extremely helpful with measurements etc and the hat arrived within a few days. I am very pleased with it and communication was excellent.

Great choice of products, easy to order and great communication. Love my ear cuff, good quality and even came with really clear instructions as to how to set up properly, which was helpful.

Thank you

Thank you. Hat came promptly, is of good quality. But the BAHA still whistles quite a lot, am still trying to adjust the hat to remove that.

Hi Val, if you pop the hat back to me I can add a larger baha hole instead
