Bag literally fell apart after a year of use. Customer service not interested. Dont waste your money.

I bought one of the horse shaped bag charms. I had no problem with the packaging and shipping, but the item itself had flaws. There are threads poking out in several places and the lining has gaps where it is partially sown. I feel stupid for spending $29. For this.
Buyer beware!

I've recently purchased directly from Baggu's website during their sale. The items were just as described and shipped within a reasonable time despite the Black Friday rush. Didn't need to contact customer service so can't speak for that.

I have previously purchased from them before and ended up returning something that won't work for me. They offered a store credit so I don't have to pay for return shipping. They seem like a fine online store. I usually do purchase Baggu store locally from Urban Outfitters.

Sending emails without being subscribed. Hand in a couple of items in the shopping cart - didnt order. Recieved a 10% offer discount code on mail 10 min later. Didn't subscribe to anything. Not ok.

Baggu has the most dismissive and ambivalent customer service team. I truly believe they aren't trained or empower to retain customers.

I lost a pouch and saw on their FAQ they offered replacements to domestic customers only. I wanted a new pouch instead of purchasing a new bag, as a new bag would be wasteful. Living in Canada (and being considered international) I emailed seeing that if I covered shipping and the cost of pouch if I could get one sent to me. Treating your customers are different tiers (when you sell globally) is discriminatory.

M and A on the CXE team both and differing excuses for why a pouch could not be sent. Cost (which can be solved if I pay for it) and environmental reasons (the reason I wanted a replacement). All these excuses don't actually make sense and there is a solution yo them or is hypocritical. A on the customer service team completely dismissed my response I had and "closed the door in my face."

To be honest I loved Baggu and it's products, but I think having a poorly trained team has made me look at Baggu in a different way. At the end of the day if you're not able to send a pouch over to an "international" customer just be honest with why, don't lie or dismiss someone over it.

I wouldn't purchase anything from Baggu anymore, because you know there customer service will not support you or stand behind their product.

Like the concept of reusable bags. Pattern is very stylish and goes well with my everyday outfit. It does not get wrinkled even after being washed for so many times. Great buy!
