Expérience catastrophique dans cette clinique dentaire : les couronnes posées n’ont pas du tout tenues, toutes cassées en quelques mois. Le zirconium utilisé paraît être une contrefaçon, d'une qualité lamentable. Résultat : bouche déformée, perte de dents, problèmes d’articulation et véritable souffrance, physique et mentale.

La clinique refuse de reconnaître ses torts ou d’appliquer la moindre garantie. On me dit que mon dossier est introuvable et qu’on ne peut rien faire, sauf si je repaye entièrement les soins. Pire encore, on m’a exigé de supprimer mon avis, sinon on coupe court à la conversation, en niant purement et simplement ma présence dans leur clinique.

Cerise sur le gâteau : paiement imposé en espèces, maintenant on me dit que je ne suis jamais venu alors que je dispose de nombreuses preuves,photos et factures avec tampon de mes passages on me dit que je suis introuvable. Tout laisse penser qu’ils n’ont pas déclaré ma présence.

Clinique à fuir absolument, pour votre sécurité et votre santé !

Now I have my confidence and smile back.I was contacted by Edward (medical advisor) very well spoken English he assured me that my smile will be back on my face.After not a long conversations and correspondence the, quote I was given decided to visit the clinic in Istanbul.To be honest I was a bit worried and tensed when I arrived and had to start over my treatment.Thanks to a very high quality of professionalism and confidence I was treated to the highest level of care and attention of the team (Edward, Diana and my doctor and her assistant) Yes of course it took a bit longer than what it was initially planned due to a unforeseen circumstances,but all was done till the smallest details,the more what made me more comfortable and confident I didn't feel any pain throughout the whole process.Eventually I got my smile back eat as confident as before and I can only highly recommend the clinic.Big admirations to the clinic and the team who looked after me Edward(medical advisor), Diana(clinic coordinator and interpreter)my doctor implant ologist and her assistant).God bless you all and good luck and prosperity.Thank you so much

I had 28 crowns and 11 root canals at Ozel Bagcilar, but unfortunately, my experience was not great at all. I have been suffering from intense pain for 14 days since I returned to London. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the clinic through emails (in both Turkish and English), I have not received any response. Finally, I managed to get in touch with a staff member who speaks English; his name is Naghme. He assured me on Friday that someone from the clinic would contact me within an hour. However, it is now Sunday and I have yet to hear from anyone. The pain I experience every time I eat is unbearable and I have been relying on painkillers all day long - it's been a horrible experience for me!
