ESTAFADORES QUE NO PAGAN LAS RETIRADAS. Solicité una retirada por transferencia bancaria el día 17/06 por importe de 500€.
2 días después la retirada figuraba como "completada" pero a su vez me apareció un depósito de 500€ en "cash" ¿? en mi balance de la cuenta.
Advertí de esto inmediatamente a soporte y me dijeron que debía tratarse de un error y que la transferencia se había realizado sin inconvenientes. He esperado pacientemente varios días ya que me advirtieron que el día 23 o 24 de junio recibiría los fondos. Hoy vuelvo a contactarles y me dicen que el saldo fue devuelto a la cuenta y la retirada cancelada, a pesar de que advertí de ello en numerosas ocasiones y en todas ellas me dijeron que la retirada había sido tramitada. TENGO LAS CONVERSACIONES EN LAS QUE EL SOPORTE ME ASEGURA QUE LA RETIRADA HABÍA SIDO EFECTUADA

EDIT 25/06: El casino se lava las manos con un cinismo absoluto. Me dicen por correo que "si hubiera tenido dudas, me habrían ayudado antes de jugar", ocultando que les escribí varias veces antes de tocar el dinero y su soporte me mintió asegurando que la retirada ya estaba hecha.
Utilizan los errores de su plataforma y los engaños de sus agentes para que pierdas tus ganancias y luego no pagar. He iniciado la reclamación con mi banco para retirarles mis depósitos por fraude aportando las capturas del chat. HUYAN DE ESTE CASINO, NO SON FIABLES. 😡
