- There was no record of rudeness in our Instagram conversation. At the time, Instagram had a request glitch which delayed message access — this was explained to you and you acknowledged it.
- You ordered US 12, 14, and 16 and based on our conversation with you, it’s the small sizes that didn’t fit.

I've been shopping with Baebronx since 2023 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Even when I made a mistake and picked a wrong size, they were willing to change it for me as long as the dress was in good condition. And they did. Little gestures like this count .

I love the dress followed the size chart
I love the dress followed the size chart and it was a perfect fit. Slightly over priced in my opinion but I like the design and fit. Only reason I am taking off two starts is because when it arrived it had a really bad smell to it. Like mildew. I hand washed it immediately and the smell was still there. I had to soak it in the tub for like 15 minutes and the smell was gone.
