I always used to love Bad Monday. I've got 2 hoodies that I love but the past 2 experiences haven't been great. I ordered a stranger things t shirt, the order was wrong, took ages to arrive and the quality of the t shirts wasnt good. I recently ordered a hoodie I ordered an XL as I wanted it to be long and baggy. The hoodie was very short but had massively long arms. Again took ages to arrive. And the products are so expensive you would expect quicker delivery times, better quality products and free returns.

Always loved Bad Monday, hoddie and T shirt are amazing only negative the delivery is really slow now, took 2 weeks to arrive which is the same as when I order from China lol

The shirt was shipped after around 3 weeks and the print does not look like pictured on the website. It kinda looks like a cheap copy. Customer service does not respond.

To Be honest first time ordering and I couldn't be happier I love it. It took a while to dispatched so wasn't here in time for my holiday but im glad it came looks stunning

Quality T-shirts, fab designs and great service all round

I purchased a t-shirt from Bad Monday as a birthday present for my partner, on their website they make claims of quick dispatch, however the order confirmation email advised that due to a high volume of orders it would be a little bit longer at 5-10 business days for dispatch. On the 10th day I still hadn't received any updates and began to become concerned that the t-shirt wouldn't arrive in time for my partner's birthday. I sent an email to Bad Monday asking what was going on and whether they would be able to fulfil the order or if not, provide me with a refund so I could find something else to replace the present. On the 12th business day I received a response to my query explaining that they had been having issues with their supply chain and had been let down by a supplier that they outsourced to, due to this, they explained that they had taken back the printing in house and that my order would be completed ASAP, in fact, it shipped within an hour of their response. Whilst I would have liked them to be a bit more pro-active about informing their customers of the delays that they were experiencing, I do understand that issues such as this happen and are often out of anyone's control. The customer service was excellent and I was reassured that the product would be with me shortly, arriving today on the 14th day. The quality of the product is excellent and it looks even better in person than it did on the website, I'm sure that it will make a great present for my partner. I was originally thinking about leaving a 1 or 2 star review due to the delays, but thanks to the transparency of the customer service and the overall great quality of the product that arrived, it is only fair to give them a 5 star rating. I truly hope that they can resolve the supply chain issues as it seems to be the only thing letting them down at present. My advice to anyone in my situation would be to get in touch with them and simply ask what the reason for the delay is, I'm sure that you will be happy with the response and I don't see why they wouldn't be able to rush an order through if like me it is needed for a time specific event such as a birthday.

Brilliantly tailored to size it says the only one thoming is delivery but I am uk! My son loves Bad Monday clothing and ge a kid who really don't care about names ect but just the quality and fit is just like it's made for him so ty Bad Monday also cool designs if my kids would let me I would buy myself something but that wouldn't be a cool thing for a mum to do lol

Love the designs and the quality of the clothes are amazing. My kids pinched the stickers before I could see them haha definitely a nice bonus little extra!

Dont order from these conmen, happy to take your Money but they donts end out your order or reply to any emails. Thieves. Ordered on 15/12 still nothing a month later.

Ordered a hoodie at the beginning of December 2025. Still not arrived mid January 2026. Absolutely zero personal response on numerous emails

Ordered a T-shirt nearly a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted customer service and no response. Avoid at all costs.

As srated in previous reviews customer service is non existent. After email twice about my order i had to get PayPal involved ( luckily I used PayPal so opened a case) only after PayPal getting involved did I receive my products ( 3weeks later) but still no acknowledgement from company.

The company was quick to take my money, but doesn’t respond to any correspondence, be that social media, email or through their website! Won’t be shopping with them again.

Honestly the worst clothes and the worst customer service.

Two hoodies both small one fit perfectly the other is the equivalent to an XXL I’ve send them picture after picture and nothing is satisfactory enough for them to tell the difference in size.

I took a picture of one hoodie on top of the other, size by size. Everything they asked still not good enough. The quality is also not worth it
