Decided that I would finally give this website a try, as the overall concept looked fun and I could do with a single way of keeping track of my games.
Went through the sign up process of entering a username, password and my email, and was prompted to follow a link sent to my email to activate my account. Very standard process for modern websites.
However, after a little while of waiting I didn't receive an email. So I requested it be resent. Wait longer and still no email. So I request it again... still nothing here . I decide to just give it a few hours, maybe it's a very slow day for the servers. Hours pass with no email whatsoever, so clearly something has gone wrong: either the website glitched out, or I made a typo in my email.
The next logical step is to contact support and get the issue sorted out. So I use the website to create a support ticket, ensuring that my email is most definitely correct this time. I explain the problem fully, submit the ticket, and wait.
It's been a few days, and without even receiving a confirmation that my ticket was received, it has become clear that the support is just as useless as the website itself, and that I won't be receiving even a recognition of the issue I'm facing.
Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with this botched, buggy website.
They unjustly suspended my account for "spamming report on reviews you disagree with" when in reality, those reviews are rude and irrelevant to the game at all.

I use this site only to store all of my games in one, like "Showcase all my games" because my games are distributed across different platforms, it helps me store them all together.
Although, there are some mistakes. Whenever you open the list you made, the games you put in there show them as "not owned", even tho in lists I create, these are lists that include games I own, like "Showcasing from which companies or which franchises games I got", but for me it shows that I didn't put them in the list of games I own.
