Back Care - Australia Recenzje

The product was easy to order. It shipped very quickly. I bought this product for my elderly mum as she is bound to a wheelchair and this helps with her sores, in fact it has definitely helped. We are super happy and should we require any other additional items we will continue to use Backcare.

Ordering was straight forward, the Teeter Inversion chair was delivered within a week as promised, assembly was no problem and the inversion seem to be successfully decompressing my vertebrae and, after only a week of use, my back and hips feel the best they have in a long time.

CORRECT PRODUCT - AS PER ORDER - FAST DELIVERY - LEGIT REVIEW. I USED TO WEAR KNICKS...HONEST...ASK ME MUM!!!

Fast delivery and best price on the market. Product is good

Great ergonomic product

Easy online ordering, prompt delivery.
Quality cushions, perfect for positioning myself in bed for added comfort.
I would buy from this company again, product exactly as shown on website.

Very pleasing service. The whole process from purchasing to delivery was smooth and efficient. The deal we got was far better than what any other company was offering. The pillows are comfortable and have improved our sleep and comfort levels. Happy sleepers.😌

My order for a Contour Rollermouse Red arrived quickly and was what I expected. The rollermouse helps with the bursitis in my shoulder and I can highly recommend it. This is my second Contour rollermouse in 15 years.

I purchased a DJMed Full Length Knee & Leg Pillow from Back Care - Australia. The options and descriptions on their website were great and the purchasing process/delivery was faultless.

on line ordering was easy - prompt delivery - very helpful product for my back - excellent instruction manual

I bought a coccyx diffuser pillow after I fractured my sacrum. I use it everywhere (wheelchair, office chair, riding in taxis, going to restaurants) and it's been great. It definitely takes the pressure off. Back Care Australia were great to purchase from and everything happened without a hitch. They also checked in to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Good quality

Quick delivery & received product as described (and on sale)!

Great product and super quick delivery. Would highly recommend and purchase again

I ordered a pillow from this company to address an alignment issue. I obviously didn't do sufficient research because when I found the medical-grade pillow that I purchased wasn't suitable for its advertised use, they refused to refund it because it'd been used! Most companies in this industry offer money back guarantees - these folks just take your money and have no care at all. Obviously you have no way of ensuring it's suitable before using - you can only read the advertised promotion about it, and if it doesn't suit, what are you meant to do?

Very happy with the egg crate support mattress topper. Enjoying the extra comfort and support. Very fast delivery and excellent communication on product arrival. Thank you.

Item was easy to purchase online and package well for delivery.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Arranging a return, refund and order of the right part was a brilliantly simple experience.

My only slight negative is if you don’t sign up for an account when checking out, you don’t seem to get delivery notifications. Unsure if that’s a website bug or something specific to my order. I had to email after a week to confirm if anything was happening after the only email was the automated invoice.

Easy from Order to Delivery, Crutches are great especially soft ergo handles.
