I recently placed an order for a personalised baby gift hamper - then the new Mum changed the spelling of Baby's name and I had to urgently contact Babyblooms to see if they could change the spelling! They were very helpful and changed the spelling. The gift receiver was very impressed with the quality of the gift as well as the packaging and the gift arrived at the designated time. Very impressed with Babyblooms and will use them again.

My friends wanted to surprise me and knowing how much I love natural products especially if I use them on my newborn, presented me with a gift from Baby Blooms. It is now November 2020 and both baby care cream and moisturising baby lotion have an expiry date as of December 2019!!! One year ago these products expired. If you have bought anything from this company, please check the expiry date and let everyone else know not to buy anything from this dishonest company...

Just received my items - Tilly and Tommy dolls which are for our twin grandchildren's 1st birthday. The dolls are lovely and arrived in their own gift boxes, inside a main box. The attention to detail is amazing from the tissue paper inside the beautiful gift box to the ribbon and card on the outside. Excellent.

Awful!! Not only did our gift turn up a day too late, but it was supposed to be a Luxury £160 baby girl gift and it was absolutely nothing like the photo with so many missing items too. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Don’t use them! I wish I could show you the photo of what they sent to our friends. It’s appalling!

I ordered a baby hamper for my sister who has just had a baby, feeling bad I couldn’t go and visit due to the current situation I wanted to get something special. Ordered the items on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday, my sister was over the moon with how special it looked and felt. Excellent service, excellent product and it’s made me feel slightly better for not being able to give the new baby a cuddle

My wife recently purchased a gift for our Nieces new baby boy. She used Babyblooms for the first time and cannot praise them highly enough. Not only are their merchandise top top quality their customer service and delivery is first class. We cannot praise them enough and our Niece was delighted with the gift. Thank You Babyblooms.

I ordered via Not On The High Street and as soon as the teddies I ordered arrived, I was in awe at how above-and-beyond baby looks went to meet expectations. I ordered 3 identical bears, each with a different colour jumper with a name stitched on each. I wasn't expecting the bears to come in anything other than a plastic mail bag but each bear had its own beautifully designed box, complete with a ribbon and tissue that matched each colour jumper! Such attention to detail - it's these little things that make a difference and the bears are so sweet!

This company is excellent. I ordered a personalised bunny from them and had a slight issue with it. Nothing major. I emailed them and the response was immediate. They sent out a replacement the following day via courier along with a free personalised gift as way of an apology. The bunny is soft, well made and bigger then I expected. The gift box packaging is brilliant. The gifts are also wrapped in lovely tissue paper with an optional gift card. The bunny cost £24 including delivery which was far cheaper than most others I had seen online. I am thoroughly impressed with everything - the quality, cost, packaging, delivery and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will have no doubts on using them again. You will not be disappointed. Uniques gifts at brilliant prices. Thank you - 5 STARS!!!
