Buenos días, hice una compra de unas bambas Babolat atráves de MIRAVIA a un vendedor externo llamado Friki Pádel (Acciones deportivas Hnos A.R a
Sl o Roma sport) donde en tan sólo unos meses las bambas están fatal, solo decir que prácticamente no tienen uso ya que las ha usado 1 hora a la semana y no cada semana, y en tan sólo unos meses de uso están bastante deterioradas , no es justo pagar un alto precio por esta calidad en sus productos.Después de casi un mes intentando hablar tanto con MIRAVIA como con la Tienda, la comunicación ha sido prácticamente escasa por no decir nula, ahora me comentan que las bambas muestran demasiados signos de desgastes, pero si por eso mismo me estoy poniendo en contacto con ellos... Porque precisamente para el Poco uso( 1 hora a la semana) en unos meses que le ha dado están muy mal. No se quien debe hacerse cargo, si la plataforma donde compré , el vendedor o el fabricante pero entre unos y otros se pasan la pelota y no me dan solución alguna. Espero una reposición de la bamba o la devolución del dinero. Muchas gracias!

Soy un jugador de pádel experimentado por muchos años de juego.
Siempre me gustó la marca Babolat, uso las palas siempre, el calzado y la ropa.
Hace años, las zapatillas de pádel tenían un problema que era el desgaste temprano de sus suelas. Daba una pena horrible ver la zapatillas nueva y las suelas totalmente desgastadas.
Ahora es al revés, las suelas aguantan bien y la zapatilla se desintegra. No tiene sentido ver como se ha desmontado la zapatilla que solo tiene unos meses de uso.
No es justo pagar un precios altos por esta calidad en sus productos.
Qué debo hacer ahora? Espero una reposición de la zapatilla.

Commande avec aucun suivi à jour, je ne savais pas qu'elle avait été envoyée car rien ne s'est mis à jour .
Mauvaise surprise lors du déballage, chaussures taille 44 alors que j'ai commandé du 45 donc renvoie et obligé de m'acheter une paire dans un magasin de ma ville .

Ordered a racket several days ago, I contacted them regarding delivery, no responce at all, horrible company to deal with.

I have an old racket, 10 years old in great condition and the grommets has gone.

Contacted customer service who said they don't make them anymore. I'm sure they have something around. I even suggested giving me a bumper guard close to what might fit and I'll drill some new holes and they just directed me to there distributor and wanted me to pay £20 for a 2025 model.

Happy to pay the £20 if it was the right product. Poor customer service and worth noting that if you have a racket you like order spares because they will just stop making the parts.

Could have just sent me something similar to work with and I'd have accepted the fact they discontinued my product even though it's perfectly fine. For the sake of a fully functional carbon frame I am having to order odd parts to keep it going even though the parts are pence to make (plastic tubes).

Absolutely shocking warranty policies. They advertise some of their top end shoes like the propulse fury to have a 6-month outsole warranty, but simply do not honour it and say its wear and tear if the sole has worn through. The whole point is that I bought a more expensive shoe believing that they’ll replace it if it doesn’t last 6 months. Surely the whole point is that they guarantee that the shoe will last at least 6 months of wear without the sole wearing through! I had the same experience with a racket that cracked a few months ago within the warranty period and once again they put it down to misuse rather than take responsibility despite the racket never facing any abuse. They sell expensive products that don’t last and their warranty is next to useless. I will be moving away from using any Babolat products due to this.

Bought the Counter Viper padel racket, the middle was cracked completely a few hours after a game, without any apparent impact or mishandling during play. Babolat refused to refund or compensate me because of some missing paint on the side due to a previous, non related contact months before. Very expensive and only 4 months old, will never buy something again from Babolat!!

Whether you are a tennis player, a skateboard guy, a roller or any other active sports person, you should be able to find high quality stuff for your kind of sport here. tennis rackets and balls are very good too both for practicing and real professional matches.

This company does NOT have a vehicle for exchanges. Management is aware and they agree. I got a present for my birthday. It was the wrong size. Babolot would not allow me to exhange. I had to return the item, which got credited back to the giver's credit card and then they would have to buy it again. STUPID policy. Management admitted they have antiquated systems. Would NEVER buy from this website. Horrible customer service.

I like the racket very much and it last long

Good we’re faulty. Two different products. Same size. One too big. One too small. These were birthday gifts and so bought in advance. On the big day, big disappointment! And Babolat refused to take them back despite tagged with original packaging. Babolat failed to observe my statutory rights. Avoid disappointment - don’t buy from them. First and last purchase from me.
