I had trouble with this brand to start with due to the sizing I wasn’t use to using. However I love the brand it’s very unique and you buy this joggers for the brand. They are great quality and if you are buying these (for the brand) the price isn’t a complaint. Love all the designs, once you find your size they fit beautifully. I have many many pairs and recommend to all my friends!

I had previously bought 2 pairs different colours and liked them so much decided to purchase the blue, pink, I must say I was a bit disappointed this time as I feel the quality of the velvet material seems a bit less thick and deep as the previous two purchases Additionally, this pair came with an unfurnished hem, the previous pair had been double stitched, I don't need to use the hemming strip provided, but I liked the previous purchases more. This has rather made me think again regarding future purchases as there might be an inconsistency in the production process. But overall I happy

I have placed my second order with Babble & Goose as I was so impressed with the quality of the joggers. Even after multiple washes, they feel brand new. I look forward to new launches now, as I know I can trust this brand, which is hard to find these days. Keep up the good work.

Very good customer service, even replied when I was unsure about sizing. Joggers are very comfy and flattering. Very good quality, and although I had to take it up (I am short), there was no issue at all as hemming tape was provided. Defo will be purchasing more of these joggers in the future!

The shipping was really fast and when I got my joggers I was immediately impressed with the quality and the fit, they are by far the best pair of joggers I have ever worn. As a short girl I love the hemming tape included and was really easy to take these up.

Joined the “wait list” for the sold out “Lola Linen Collection” for my DD. Nowhere in the signup did it mention that the items were infact only
25% linen and a Wapping 75% viscose. I purchased on the strength of this signup campaign which also said the trousers didn’t crease and were not see through - not true on both counts. I’m sure B&G will reply pointing to the fact that in the “small print” they do specify the fabric composition which is true but the sign up campaign didn’t say “linen mix” or the main description. All other reputable brands selling linen mix are way more upfront with their descriptions of linen mix clothing but not B&G. Yes they said I could return them without paying postage costs but refused to refund my original postage costs. As a former trading standards prosecutor this is more than sailing close to the wind and is massively unfair to customers. Poor choice B&G to not refund my postage . Are you in such financial poor straits to not put things right for your loyal fan base ?

I bought a pair of the star joggers for my friends daughter on her birthday and she was absolutely over the moon when she got them. Wears them all the time and my friend said that they are the best quality she has seen in a while as so many are lacking these days. Great to see there are still some good quality products still being made in the UK. Delivery was spot on.

So the quality of this item is poor I except this from shein. I dont except to pay 8x the price for an item that could be picked up in primary for £10. Absolutely not worth it, poor stiching, cheap waistband and low quality material.

These joggers made my girls' Christmas! I had no idea what to get my goddaughters (they are twins) for Christmas but my friend who has teenagers recommended Babble and Goose as they are (apparently) super popular! I was not sure what to buy but a live chat with Emily sorted that out and I bought 2 pairs of Allegra Lows, one in Cobalt and one in Navy. I am now the most popular Godmum in town. I know they are premium priced but the quality seems good and they love the feel.

Couldn’t give a zero. I cancelled the first pair within 30 minutes of ordering due to change of mind - still delivered. I ordered the colour required and paid for next delivery - not arrived - email received to say delayed - no offer of refund or resolution. I have sent 3 emails and received no reply.
Expensive trousers, terrible customer service. No phone number available to speak to them.

Bought the new sparkly top for my daughter for Christmas - arrived quickly and was packaged up so nicely. Fit was perfect and she wore it so much over the festive break

Bought two pairs for my girlfriend for her birthday, as they were trending at uni. They came in good time and the quality was excellent, really cool new design range they released. She loves them and wears them all the time - will definitely be buying again !

AVOID! My daughter was desparate for a pair of these joggers!
!. The first pair arrived with no hemming tape. I have been waiting almost two weeks for some to arrive despite being told twice some had been sent out.
2. I reluctantly placed a second order and it has been over 8 days since ordering and they have not even been dispatched yet.
