Azz is extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me to understand my dog. A lot of the actions I make can have a lot to do with my dogs behaviour. I found him helpful, professional, personable and generally very good at what he does. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a helping hand to help them and their dogs.

Azz spent time getting to know us and our rescue dog. He was very professional at all times and we have seen an improvement on the dogs behaviour already based on his recommendations.

That i had most help i have received from anyone no else gave any help at all while this man was getting me all info i needed got me private photos of my dog which the police didnt bother try doing anything at all

came with me to court twice when it was the courts that messed up the first order they gave us

My XL Bully was very excitable & would jump up at people. She just wants to be everyone friend but due to her size needed to learn personal boundaries too.

Azz worked wonders for us. With just one extended session, he completely improved our toy poodle's behavior. Chico used to act like he was in charge, leading to severe separation anxiety and constant barking when alone. Azz taught us how to change Chico's mindset, benefiting both him and us. Excellent behaviourist trainer helped put us on the right lines to stop our dogs reactive behaviour on walks

We had a dog with separation anxiety. Before Azz came, we couldn’t do the food shop without taking Max with us. Azz’ knowledge and experience was worth every penny. He spent 5 hours with us and we have now managed to leave Max alone for 3 hours less than a month after our session. Azz gave great advice and always had a story or fact to back up what he was saying. We now have a routine in place that’s bettered our relationship with our dog. Fully recommend if you are willing to put the work in!

Azz was almost a miracle maker. In one long session he transformed our toy poodle's behaviour for the better. Chico had suffered from a superiority complex, imagined he was top dog and that lead to acute separation anxiety - barking incessantly when left alone. Azz showed us how to 'dethrone"Chico and make him, as well as us, happier. Big thank you to Azz.

I was given very clear instruction on slight tweaks to my interaction with my rescue dog which would then help him to know that I was the leader inside the house and also out on walks. Good ideas were given to help work off some of his excess energy especially before loose lead walks.
I am now able to walk him on a loose lead , I am calmer and more confident and his reactivity to other dogs has greatly reduced .

When I first contacted Azz, I had to leave a message, but he got back to me later that day, which was great. We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but when he came to our house to meet our 4-month-old German Shepherd, it was really worth it.
Our last GSD had been really reactive with other dogs and even some people, so I was keen to avoid that problem again. Azz spent nearly four hours with us, explaining dog behaviour in a way that really made sense. We knew some of it already, but hearing the science behind it was really helpful. He observed how we behaved with our puppy and told us what he thought we did well or what might become a problem at a later date. He was patient, didn’t rush us, and answered loads of my questions.
He did say upfront that not all his advice would be easy to follow - some of it might take extra effort or not feel right for us. We ignored one bit of advice and definitely regretted it… but the good thing is, he is happy to help if we need him again.
After his visit, my husband and I felt a lot more confident about handling our puppy. It’s reassuring to know Azz is willing to take any calls or help again after if needed.
If you've just got a puppy or dog, especially if it’s your first or if you’ve had a difficult experience before, I’d recommend speaking to Azz before problems start. It doesn’t matter what breed you’ve got. In fact don't be fooled into thinking you've got an easy breed to deal with. We thought we had it all figured out with our 4th dog, but we were just lucky with the first 3 and got a bit too relaxed with our 4th and then had a very challenging time. It's been 2 months since we saw Azz and with his advice this time we feel confident we will have an easier and more enjoyable experience with our dog. One final thing, don't expect him to train your dog (although he is a qualified dog trainer) he's a dog behaviourist and enjoys doing this more than training, but he will observe you around your dog and give you very good advice.

Azz was amazing. He was so observant and gave me a lot of background understanding of why dogs behave as they do. He not only read the body language of the dog I called him out for, but gave insight into how my other (well behaved) dog is feeling and presenting from everything. I now have the techniques to get my boy back on track and I already feel more confident taking my boys out on walks and life is quickly becoming more enjoyable as it used to be. Highly recommend!
