Hi John,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our juices are made purely from fresh vegetables and fruits, with no added sugars, sweeteners, flavourings or watered down.
That means the taste and texture can be very different from the sweeter, smoother drinks many people are used to as it’s a more natural, earthy profile that isn’t for everyone.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
B.fresh Team

Gorgeous juices
Gorgeous juices! Reasonably priced but so fresh and quality. I've tried alot of juices and spent alot, so I know that these taste even better for half the price. Needed juices for a detox and I've been able to use the loo more and really empty my bowls. Also feel better within myself. Will defo be a staple for me.

The products were fresh and full of flavour. I loved the Ginger and Turmeric shot. Radiance was also lovely I would buy those 2 again. However I am not a big fan of Beetroot and that did feature quite strongly in 2 of the other drinks. The whole concept is great though.

5:2 bundle
I received my 5:2 bundle today and this is my review on a full day of the juices.
Now I must say, the juices did make me feel satiated. I didn’t feel hungry at all. The amount of juice per serving is just right. I also thinking the timing for each juice is well spread out.
I wasn’t 100% on the flavours of most of the juices but I guess that’s because most of them contain beetroot and I’m not a massive fan.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate your honest feedback!
We're so glad to hear that you felt satiated throughout the day and that the sizes and timing worked well for you. That’s exactly what we aim for with our 5:2 bundle.
We completely understand that the flavours won’t be for everyone, especially with beetroot!
Thank you again for giving it a go!

Fast delievery
Fast delievery, but the box was undone at one side, so bottles might have been removed or dropped out of the box. Neither was the case here.
I like the products that I have tried todate and will most likely send a follow up order.

Great all round
Great service. Very helpful on the phone with queries. Delicious taste. Green taste like greens! Beetroot totally beetroot! The taster pots are a very good idea. Overall I am very satisfied and very pleased with the taste and the goodness it provides. Will purchase again and would certainly recommend to others. 10 out of 10.

Good products, bad business
Good products - poor business strategy. You order from the website and pay and they notify you that half the products are put of stock. They came half damaged and returned only half of money only to send you item they said they don’t have 3 weeks later. NEVER AGAIN.

Hi,
Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear about your experience, though from our end, only our Energy shots have been out of stock recently and that was just for a day, so it's unclear how multiple items were affected in your order.
We also haven't seen any emails come through regarding this, but if you'd like to get in touch again, you're welcome to contact us at hello@b-fresh.co.uk and we’ll gladly take another look into this for you.
Thank you,
Bay
Not vegan / vegetarian
Some lovely juices. Just disappointed they weren't vegan due to the honey and the recipe guide wasn't vegetarian. My fault for not checking but would be good to have more options for vegans please 🙏

Hi Hayley,
Thanks so much for your feedback – we're really glad you enjoyed the juices!
Just to share a bit more info: currently all of our products are vegetarian, and only a few (like the Energy Shot, Ginger Shot, Sleep Shot, and Gut Health Berries) contain honey, which makes them not vegan.
We also have a fully plant-based recipe guide available, and we’d be more than happy to send it over—just drop us an email and we’ll get it to you!
Thank you,
Bay
