After searching for years i finally found this amazing company, after buying some danish sausages, I asked if it was possible to get some danish cheese , Danbo and Old olle, because no other company could sell me this.
They didn't promise it but after a while I could order my favorite products, I was so happy.
Then I get a mail telling me that because of the extreme temperatures,they wouldn't take the risk of sending it by a mailcompany but bring it personall ??????? Last evening there was an gentleman with to younger boys by his side and a packet in his hands and he told me who he was and the kids and gave me my products, they ware cold and fresh. I shook there hands and thanked them from the bottom of my heart. This sounds like a fake history, but believe me this happend for real.

Terrible service, good stickers
On the website it states things will be shipped specific days. I ordered 5 stickers on a Sunday. That week, my stickers did not get shipped. They were shipped 2 weeks later. I sent an email, and did not get any response. Terrible service, but I give 2 stars cause the stickers are actually good.

Dear Ms van Leth, we informed every customer who ordered the last 2 weeks that we were on our yearly summer buying trip. Yes, that takes 2 weeks. So shippping is also delayed 2 weeks. No one complained, everybody understood that and are happy with our service. We never recieved any email from you. Kind regards, Team B&Y.

Het duurde vrij lang voor ik de 5…
Het duurde vrij lang voor ik de 5 producten ontving. Echter 2 van de 5 had ik niet besteld. Het alternatieve product was niet Duits. Ik snap dat het kan gebeuren, maar het zou fijn zijn geweest als er over gecommuniceerd was.

We hadden inderdaad even met u moeten overleggen, maar gezien de vertraging wilden we geen tijd verliezen met uw bestelling. We hopen dat u toch plezier heeft van deze producten. Van de drie bestelde blikken met vis…
Van de drie bestelde blikken met vis waren 2 blikken ingedeukt. Ik had 3 tubes besteld met kaviaar en ook deze waren behoorlijk ingedrukt. Dat laatste is niet zo erg maar de ingedeukte blikken vind ik niet akkoord.
Verder alles prima, koeling etc.

Prima service.Hetgeen ik besteld had was niet voorradig.Maar dat is goed opgelost met n kleinere versie maar met dezelfde hoeveelheid en extra gift.
Netjes gebeld door de verkoopster.Volgende keer de winkel maar eens bezoeken in Oegstgeest.
