POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE

I purchased 3 items. 2 arrived in awful condition, the last never arrived!
This is horrible organisation. The quality is poor. In my opinion there are places you can buy great quality items. I would avoid them!

Cannot Return Boohoo order from Azura

Ordered a dress through boohoo, none the wiser. It doesnt fit so tried to start a return, which takes you to Azura Fashion Returns chat.... but they have no knowlegde of the order number and .... it not a human you talk to, its AI, so no resolution and no way to return.

Quality of clothing is questionable…

Quality of clothing is questionable considering the price. On the same level as Shien for 3x the price and no clothing labels.. disappointed.

Disappointed

OMG! I ordered 2 shirts via Debenhams. Only 1 shirt arrived, when I emailed Debenhams ( you can’t phone them but that’s another story) to query the missing shirt, Azura told Debenhams both shirts were in the parcel….they most certainly were not! I’m fuming, safe to say i can kiss my money goodbye and I won’t be using either company again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Can’t even get a return started. Spent over £75 on cheap rubbish. Have had better from shein and Temu. No labels, no tags, no mention of azura. Bought from boohoo website who have washed their hands! Debenhams standards have fallen!

I was just about to buy a dress from this company via Debenhams- thank god I read EVERY ones reviews. What’s interesting is every response from the company is automated under the reviews. Nothing personal, And no resolution offer regarding people’s complaints and lack of reimbursement. Just a machine doing its job.
NO WAY will I purchase anything from this company. Did anyone get their money back?

I would give zero if I could , absolute joke of a company , and Debenhams should be ashamed of themselves , I’ve been waiting since the 8th March 2025 for a refund and just keep getting fobbed off from all party’s . No help at all and no refund from this con men/women of a company . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it’s a con 😡

Do not refund you avoid!

I ordered dressesthrpugh debenhams. They were rubbish quality and I sent them back. I have contacted debenhams multiple times only to be told to wait or fobbed off. I've messaged them on Facebook, whatsapp, Instagram and emailed. They tell me they will do something even on here but fo nothing. I'm owed over £100 by you, I have proof of posting and know you received the return.
STILL NOTHING DESPITE CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD CONFLICTING THINGS BY DEBENHAMS. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND YOU ARE SCAMMERS

Terrible company / no refund received

Terrible company, after the drama of finding out how to return. I have now been waiting 11 days since my parcel was received back to them and Iv had no correspondence at all despite numerous emails. I will be going to the financial ombudsman about this company as they are clearly doing this to a lot of people.

Pity I can’t leave one * This company is a joke! Ordered a dress through Debenhams. Dress arrived and was left on my doorstep 3 days as I was away. It was stuffed into a tiny bag and was like a rag… I finally returned it after at least 4 messages asking for SKU code etc… it’s returned and now I’m chasing that but asking same old thing. D O P, D O R, SKU code etc. the dress had no tag, label and they say original price £80. Last shop ever in Debenhams as well as AZURA. Appalling!! I AM ADDING TO THIS AS GOT EMAIL SAYING RECEIVED ITEM AND PROCESSING REFUNDED… SOME TAKE 19 days and others 16 days. I’ve been in touch with Trading Standards & they agree this is totally unacceptable time scale…. Last shop ever. AVOID ALL. I’ve asked for escalation in the live chat this was ignored too so if nothing by Monday I’m going back to Trading Standards for support… Debenhams shut and using name to continue and they’ll shut this again too not paying up speaks volumes their in trouble

Like others if I could give ZERO stars…

Like others if I could give ZERO stars I would - the WORST customer service - slow to arrive - difficult to return and SLOW to refund (still not received even though the item was returned over one month ago) - luckily I ordered through Debenhams and paid with Klarna and they have both been amazing in helping me - I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Balaclava wearers!

If I could leave no stars I would! I placed my order on the 14/03/2025 through boohoo. My order arrived this week on 25/03/2025. I have contact numerous times since my delivery arrived I have only had a reply today.

The reply sending me around the houses to get a return label. They have asked for delivery date and SKU code, to which I have provided all information. They have just replied saying they are unable to allow me to return my order as it has been 28 days since delivery. ( 2 business days since delivery ) I was unaware of the bad reviews this site has. I am gutted looking at the reviews now as my order was above £300. One of the items were never sent and was due to be refunded I have not heard about this either.

There really should be a zero star…

There really should be a zero star option. Bought 3 items in January via Debenhams not realising I was buying very cheap rubbish from China. Multiple chats on Debenhams and 14 emails to Azura later across 7 weeks and I still don’t have a refund. They eventually sent me a return label (tried to get me to accept a 30% refund first), took 12 days after their receipt to say that only 2 items were in the package. We’re now at a stalemate and they won’t say what they’ll do so I’ve had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. The bank will obviously only refund the 2 items so I’m still out of pocket.
Debenhams were no help at all and washed their hands of the issue and Azura are even worse.

Bought a cardigan on Debenhams, realised it was coming from China and am shocked - this is clearly from Shein or equivalent! Reduced from £75 to £25, found the exact same cardigan on Shein, nasty screen printed pattern on cheap white back fabric, horrendous
