Booking process
We haven’t gone on the trip yet but the booking process has been great. Usually do my own research but didn’t have time. Ester created a great itinerary for us, and modified it several times for us to accommodate our plans. The supplementary information we have received so far in regards to drive tour options, beneficial apps, and restaurants is incredibly thorough.

Good customer rep. When we book online you should make it clear that if we don't purchase the checked luggage immediately, it will be extremely expensive if purchased after completing the booking payment online.

Effecient and kind
Easy communication to an agent, friendly service. The post booking material received promptly and we appreciated being able to split the payment into two transactions (simple and effective process). It did feel a bit rushed, like the agent was busy. Would have appreciated knowing a little more about all the "you need to know", for instance if parking was available or provided at our accommodations since the package comes with car rentals, etc. It would have been nice to be able to specify rooms with 2 beds as we are friends travelling, not a couple. I guess we'll have to hope all that is doable on site!
