Produktet kom ikke frem!!

Bikini’s besteld in Juni, nooit iets aangekregen!! Meerdere mails gestuurd maar nooit een antwoord gekregen. Ik heb €80 de vuilbak in gegooid. Dit is pure diefstal!!

Not impressed at all I ordered bikinis for my holiday in July. I ordered these in June and I’m not in August and still haven’t received them. I haven’t had any communication and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times I’m not happy at all

Am 27.6. bestellt, Lieferung sollte bis 10.7. erfolgen. Die Sendung wurde bis jetzt (28.7.) nicht aufgegeben... Auf Mails (mittlerweile 4) erfolgt keine Reaktion.

Bestellung vor einem Monat abgegeben. Zum Glück über Klarna und noch nicht bezahlt.
Emails wurden versendet aber keine Lieferung bis heute. Zahlung wurde meinerseits pausiert. Und ich wurde jetzt schon nach allen Bewertungen gefragt obwohl ich die Ware gar nicht erhalten habe, geschweige denn nachverfolgen konnte. Status „aufgegeben“. Aber nie versendet.

After a month I still haven't received my package, and no response at all on multiple e-mails... No bikini's, no customer service: don't order here!

Maillot jamais reçu et impossible de trouver le moyen de contacter le service client.

Es sind schon 4 Wochen vergangen und meine Bestellung ist immer noch nicht angekommen.

Ich habe mir einen Bikini vor über 5 Wochen bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Auch ein Kontaktaufbau mit der Firma ist absolut unmöglich.

Kann ich nur abraten!!!!

J’ai dépensé 80€ pour des maillots de bain que je n’ai jamais reçu. Impossible de contacter la marque. Que faire ?

Ich schließe mich der vorherigen Bewertung an. Ich habe auch keine Bestellung erhalten. Ich habe Mitte Juni 2026 bestellt und meine Bestellung hätte Ende Juni ankommen sollen. Wir haben jetzt den 11. Juli. Ich habe keine Information, kein Verfolgung Daten der Sendung nichts. Ich habe Anfang Juli zwei E-Mails an den Onlineshop geschrieben. Bis jetzt ohne Antwort. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Und hoffe, dass ich die Bestellung nicht zahlen muss, da ich mit Klarna bestellt habe, also Finger weg von dem Onlineshop, Ware kommt nicht an und man erhält keine Information sowie keine Rückmeldung.

Ich habe eine Bestellung am 17.Juni 2026 aufgegeben - laut der Website sollte die Ware dann bis zum 01.07. geliefert sein.
Der Sendungsstatus via YunExpress hatte sie an keinem einzigen Tag geändert.
Am 06.07. schrieb ich dann dem Support eine Mail, weil das die einzige Kontaktmöglichkeit ist.
Heute am 07.07. änderte sich dann plötzlich der Status - die Lieferung wäre gelöscht worden , da ein Zustellungsversuch stattgefunden hätte.

Ich bin extrem verärgert und kann nur davon abraten , dort nichts zu bestellen!

DO NOT ORDER!!! The shop is fraudulent, I wanted to cancel the order 13 minutes after placing it, then the shop told me my order had already been shipped. I asked for proof of shipment and then they sent me some number which was not a shipping number. I tried to contact them multiple times but they ignored me. I never got my order and I am still trying to get my money back. I’m glad I payed with Klarna, they have good costumer support. Otherwise I would have paid 80€ for nothing.

I ordered several bikinis, and I was extremely disappointed. The quality was very poor and they looked nothing like the photos. The materials felt cheap, and the bikinis were not flattering at all.
When I tried to return them, the process was already difficult. After finally sending the package back, I waited for weeks only to find out that the return address could not be located by the courier. The package was eventually returned to me, so I still have the items and have received no refund.
I've emailed customer service multiple times, but they have completely stopped responding. I have spent more than €200 and am left with products I don't want and no refund.
This company has terrible customer service, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away. It feels like a scam.

I've ordered a bikini and received it. It was way to big on the buttom and way to small at the top. I asked if i could return it (like it said on the website) but it was not possible. If i could remove the return request and i can choose another bikini and then i could return the old one once the new one arrived. I paid the other bikini and removed the request of return and never heard from them again!! I have send many email after (before the money was not transfer to their bank they wrote me every day). I would not trust this company!!

Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.
Ich habe mir 2x denselben Bikini, einmal in rot und einmal in weiß, gekauft. Beim weißen sieht man leider die Pads sehr klar durch. Beide Bikinis sind jedoch viel knapper und kleiner geschnitten, als das Foto auf der Seite. Ich habe beides in M bestellt und das Körbchen ist wirklich mehr als knapp.
Als ich dem Kundenservice mein Problem beschrieb und um eine Rücksendung bat, erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass sie mir auch eine Größe größer zusenden können und ich sie nicht zurückgeben müsse. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich denn ein Vergleichsbild mit den beiden Größen haben kann, erhielt ich keine Antwort. Auch auf zwei weiter Mails von mir, mit der Bitte um eine Antwort - keine Antwort. Zuletzt schrieb ich vor zwei Tagen, dass ich bitte beides zurücksenden möchte, aber bislang auch nichts gehört.

Ich war von den Bildern und dem Angebot 3 für 2 überzeugt und habe mir 3 Bikinis bestellt. Die Lieferung dauerte fast 4 Wochen und die Qualität ist absolut schlecht. Die Rand Nähungen sind billig und schlecht, es gibt kein richtiges Etikett und die Ware könnte so von Shein sein! Das Material ist billig und die Passform schlecht. Nie wieder und den Preis nicht wert.
