Modifico la recensione precedente in quanto dopo 1.000 peripezie mail e pec il pacco è arrivato in deposito all'ufficio postale e sono stato avvisato. La Dasch Cam, vista la nomea dell'azienda produttrice potrebbe essere meglio. Non ci sono istruzioni in italiano e, nonostante sia espressamente scritto nel libretto di istruzioni, non è possibile l'impostazione in lingua italiana. Vedremo com'è la funzionalità nel suo complesso. Se qualcuno di AZDOME mi legge consiglierei di rendere rotante la piastra di collegamento con la Dasch Cam in quanto ci sono molte più possibilità di adeguarla alle diverse vetture.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt support provided on this item: I needed help setting it up and also unintentionally damaged one of the cables during installation, and the support team has promptly shipped me a replacement. I am looking forward to finishing the set up and using this item for years to come.

The worst online experience i ever had was with this website. They don’t answer your emails nor phone & WhatsApp after you purchase the item. They don’t communicate with you after you send the money they ignore you. Still my issue haven’t been resolved

It’s been one month since I ordered, still haven’t got it. I tried contacting them but no response.

Since purchasing a new car I needed to move my Azdome dash cam. In doing so I needed another piece of double sided tape. I was amazed that they had one available. I ordered the tape and and within 3 days I had it in my hand. Great customer service.

Very impressed with the presentation, delivery and instructions. Easy to install and link to any mobile device. Screen is not obtrusive and with the app you can view videos from the larger screen.

Azdome dash cam m300s what pile of poo tried to get say phone is not supported. Should tell you this when you purchase it not find out after you have paid to get it fitted I have samsung a13 phone can't get any help of support so complet waist of money.

1st camera system You sell camera then send the wrong camera ordered a M300S you sent a M300

2nd camera system You are selling M300S cameras with missing cables, then refuse to send replacement cable.

I had a terrible experience with AZDOME! I bought AZDOME M550 Pro and it came broken "Order DLZ3820" , and I recently placed an order for an Arpha K03-2P, which came with a "buy one, get one free" deal. My payment went through, and I received a confirmation email "APP1015". However, just two days later, my order was canceled without any explanation!
To make matters worse, they haven’t even processed my refund yet. And to be honest, I don’t want the refund. I wanted the product that I paid for and was promised!
It’s incredibly unprofessional to cancel an order without giving a reason or even informing the customer properly. I’ll be sharing this experience on all my social media platforms to warn others about how poorly they handle customers. I wouldn't recommend AZDOME.COM / AZDOMEVIP.COM at all!
