If I could give 0 I would.
I order a tracksuit for my daughter that was on tiktok. Everything was good when ordering until it came to delivering. Got notification saying fed ex was delivering. Next email saying it was delivered, it wasn't so i contacted the company. Reply was it was delivered to another address and because they small company they couldn't honor the order and I would be refunded with in days days. No refund even after contacting them so had to claim refund from the bank.
Shocking company.

This is a complete scam. Ordered a Star Track suit and then a few days later received a message saying that the order had been lost in transit and i would get a refund. Then two days later, I had messages saying that the package was out for delivery and then one after that saying the package have been delivered. This is a load of rubbish. Lost £19! Not happy

Ordered a tracksuit that was sent out with FedEx. Received an email to say it had been delivered. It hadn’t. Not only was I home all day but we have security cameras & no delivery person was seen on them. Said it was signed for by a “k Robson”. Never heard of them. When I called FedEx they said the place where my parcel was sent wasn’t the address I gave. Since then I’ve come onto to trust pilot to see so many others having the same experience as me.
