Subscribed to a monthly subscription to see if the service actually worked. First problem, I had to download the crystal app because the Ayoumas player kept returning to the home screen when I tried to play a channel. Now, not twenty-four hours later, my IPTV service on the crystal app continues to buffer and freeze like every two minutes. I've made several attempts to contact customer support and they've done nothing to fix the issue. All customer support says is "send us your username, mac address and device code". They said they were going to fix the problem and still haven't. As of right now, Ayoumas IPTV is unwatchable. Very disappointed in the service so far and I've only had it for about twenty-four hours. I'll write a better review if the team at Ayoumas actually fixes the problem with I don't expect them to. As of right now, I'm not recommending Ayoumas IPTV to anyone.

I've been having Buffering and freezing issues for 2 days now, it's Superbowl Sunday and This Daniel Alex character can't be located. He doesn't answer his email or Whatsapp. Absolutely horrible customer service. Read this before you sign up.

Was working for the most part, now down after 3 days of payment. Sent emails without an answer back.

Two years in a roll, I have this app. The setup is very easy, and the app works smoothly no buffering or whatsoever...I watch US channels as on broad as well, and the price is unbeatable in the marketplace.

Great service I love it. Great customer service and Great quality movies you can't beat it. Awesome.

So 3 months ago I had seen Ayouma advertise their service on Facebook. They certainly have a great deal at 55.00 for the year or so I thought. Just a short 2 days after I paid, I started having buffering issues on more channels then I care to count, many channels that were looping the same 30 seconds to 2 minutes over and over and many channels that the audio was out of sync or no audio at all.

I contacted Ayouma thru email and this guy Alex assured me they will get it fixed. Mind you I got the reply from them a week later from my initial point of contact. This was the first and last I had heard from Alex as all my emails since then have gone unanswered. And am now fighting for a refund.

Folks if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, don’t be suckered into their 55.00 for a year, it’s money you will regret spending! Read the comments on their pages! I am not alone nor am the first and last person to experience this!

Fortunately I was contacted by InfinityTv and asked to try their service, Ayouma had left a bad taste in my mouth so I was skeptical of course. He assured me the trial was free and they wouldn’t need any credit card info nor personal information. Reluctantly, I accepted the trial and let me tell you, all the channels that buffered on Ayouma do not buffer on InfinityTv. I had questions about the service and started telling them about my experience with ayouma and they actually offered to talk with me over messenger yes a real person with a real voice!

Needless to say I put my money for a year into InfinityTv they have way more content than Ayouma and I don’t have to dig to China searching thru the categories to find usa channels, you folks that have used Ayouma know exactly what I’m talking about!

I am not one to promote services or products but after dealing with the bs from Ayouma and then InfinityTv opening my eyes to what a real provider should be in regards to channels, quality, and customer service, InfinityTv by far is the best provider I have EVER used!

You folks still with Ayouma stuck fighting for a refund, go contact InfinityTv you can call or text them (631) 494-2304 it’s a real person that will actually help you and answer questions!

Ayouma your days are numbered, all you do is scam people with a garbage service and once you have their money, you cowards run and never come back. No reply when you need it, channels left unworking with no fix or intent to fix in sight. How you guys even have customers is beyond me! Folks do yourself a favor and contact InfinityTv you will be glad you did! You won’t get the run around nor get scammed like those scumbags at Ayouma!

These guys will take your money and run like hell.. They give you an option for a year +3 months promotion. They give you a 7 day trial stating that they will be sending you new login for your subscription but you will never see it.. You usually get contacted by a fake name Alex whom i have spoke to via email multiple times and he claims he's going to fix the problem but all of a sudden he disappears for a while then i hit him back up again and he ask me again what was the problem.. i again explain the problem and he ask me for my account number which i gave him, again for a while i gets no response. I hit him up again and advsed him im sending this up the latter because he was scamming people, he hits me back and asked what box was i using, i hit him back with that info and advsed he has not given me my new login. haven't heard nothing yet but i dont get my info, i got a surprise for him...
