The interviewer speaks very well French and English
The interviewer speaks very well all the languages I will use in my new job: English and French, so I could understand all the questions she asked me without any problem.
She gave me advice on the company in which I will do my interview, and the types of questions they like to ask candidates. In other words, she prepared me for the interview by giving me as much information as possible to help me succeed in the interview.
She speaks loudly enough that I could understand everything she was talking about on the phone and through the Teams meeting program.
When she speaks on Teams meeting program, she looks at the camera so you can think she is sitting in front of you while she is interviewing you.
Every time she finishes her speech, she pauses and asks you whether or not you have any questions, or whether you understood everything she said.
She respected the time we had planned for the meeting/interview
Whenever you, as a candidate, ask her an additional question by phone or email, she responds quickly so that you don't feel alone.
