I’ve tried and looked at a number of AI companies, and my experience with Awaz has been one of the best.

The platform itself has a lot of capabilities, but what really separates Awaz from many other AI companies is the customer support. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help getting something set up, their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to actually work through the issue.

Most recently, Joao helped me with an issue and his response was extremely prompt. That type of support is important when you’re using AI to handle real business calls and customer interactions.

There are a lot of AI platforms entering the market right now, but technology is only part of the equation. Having reliable support behind the product makes a huge difference.

So far, I’ve been very impressed with Awaz and would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I had a really tough time with Awaz AI. They were dishonest about the features they offered, and I felt like they falsely represented what their product could do. I paid a thousand dollars for a year, thinking I was getting all these great features, but half of them didn't work once I got into the software. I noticed others were having the same issues, like with white labeling. It seemed like they were using our money to get their software developed, which wasn't how they sold it to us. I tried to cancel almost immediately after realizing this and was essentially told tough luck, they had my money and I wouldn't be getting it back. I was done with them without a refund and now a year later and they even tried to charge my card again without prior notice or permission. Luckily my bank caught it as the company has been flagged and I was able to stop the transaction. Don't let them scam you like they did to me.

Awaz offers no real support or resolution on tickets, they take your money and RUN. their integrations are broken and their platform does not perform what they claim it does, such as Texting. I lost clients do to them... and found a better platform to replace them

When trying to make a purchase the Awas system failed, I checked my bank, they have no issues. Awaz customer supporrt is non existant, other than a bot that goes around in circles, promises of resoulution never materialised. promises of human contact never materialised. The system looks good but now we have reservations. There are alternatives we are looking at

I’ve been really impressed with Awaz.ai. The voice agents sound natural and are simple to set up, and the platform just works. Their support team is fantastic, quick to respond and always eager to help. It’s been a great experience so far.
