First order came in wrong- spoke to customer service on Tuesday following a holiday weekend and explained to them my event was the upcoming Friday- new items were ordered and was told they would be rushed and overnighted. The day before event- no delivery. Contacted customer service was told that it was still in the cue for production and now it is the day of the event and I have to present them the wrong awards and ask for them back until the new ones arrive. THEN I have to ship the heavy awards at our company costs to the awardees because I don't have the correct awards. We are a long time user of this award and want to continue; however, this the second time I've received an item that was wrong.
